Yelisas summon, Markahus servus

Jafar followed Yelisa down the narrow stairway, the echo of their footsteps filling the silence.

The dimly lit passage seemed to stretch on forever, and with each step, Jafar's mind buzzed with a mixture of anticipation and frustration. Why does she always have to make everything so dramatic? Jafar thought, glancing at Yelisa's back.

He was still simmering with annoyance from earlier. It's our hideout, for crying out loud!As they reached the bottom, the room opened into a wide, circular chamber.

Yelisa paused, turning to face him with that all-too-familiar smirk.

"So, Jafar, tell me—do you know why demons always carry a bag of tricks?"Jafar blinked, caught off guard by the sudden change in conversation.

"Uh, because they're demons? I don't know—why?"

Yelisa's smirk widened. "Because they like to bag a deal... get it?" She wiggled her fingers in a mockingly mysterious manner.

Jafar stared at her, deadpan. "That's terrible."

"Really? I thought it was funny," Yelisa shrugged, clearly pleased with herself.

Before Jafar could retort, Yelisa clapped her hands, and the room darkened. The air thickened with a sense of foreboding as Yelisa began to chant in a language that Jafar could barely understand.

Shadows gathered in the center of the room, twisting and writhing as they took shape. With a sudden burst of flame, a demon emerged from the darkness. It was a grotesque creature, its body covered in scales, with wings that seemed too large for its frame and eyes that glowed with a fiery red light. It looked around the room before fixing its gaze on Yelisa.

"Who dares summon me!!?"

the demon bellowed, its voice resonating with power.Yelisa, unfazed, crossed her arms and looked at Jafar.

"Well, I think you should introduce yourself. After all, you're the one who's about to ask for favors."

Jafar stepped forward, trying to keep his voice steady. "Uh, I'm Jafar Ruziel, and I need your help to—"

The demon interrupted with a laugh that sounded like rocks grinding together. "Jafar Ruziel? The notorious little mischief-maker? You must be joking! What could you possibly offer me?"Jafar's face turned red, and he shot a glare at Yelisa, who was barely containing her laughter.

"I—uh, that's not the point! Just listen—"Before he could finish, Yelisa raised her hand, and the demon fell silent, its fiery eyes narrowing.

"Enough with the jokes. We've got business to attend to," she said, her voice suddenly serious again. The demon bowed its head in deference.

"As you command, Mistress Yelisa."Jafar, still fuming, followed Yelisa as she led the way through a dark corridor that branched off from the main chamber.

They soon reached a heavy wooden door at the end, which creaked open as Yelisa pushed it. Inside was a small, dimly lit room. The walls were lined with shelves filled with ancient scrolls, and at the center of the room was an old, cracked skull resting on a pedestal.

As they approached, the skull's eye sockets lit up with a sickly green glow.

"Ah, visitors! What knowledge do you seek, and what price are you willing to pay?" it rasped, its voice echoing in the small chamber.Jafar leaned in, trying to get a better look.

"Uh, we need to know how to reach the three Mecha-Zarbil parts," he said, trying to sound confident. The skull's glowing eyes narrowed.

"The knowledge you seek comes at a price. I require payment in the form of golden circle crystals.

"Jafar's heart sank. He barely had enough to buy bread on a good day. He turned to Yelisa, who was already pulling out a small pouch from her robe. She glanced at him and smirked.

"Oh, I forgot—you don't have any, do you, Jafar? Must be tough coming from a poor family.

"Jafar clenched his fists, his face burning with humiliation.

"I didn't ask to be born into a non-magic family," he muttered under his breath.Yelisa chuckled as she handed over the golden circle crystal to the skull.

"It's alright, Jafar. We can't all be blessed with magical bloodlines and wealth."

Jafar gritted his teeth but said nothing. He knew better than to rise to Yelisa's bait, especially not now.The skull's eyes flashed brightly as it absorbed the crystal's energy.

"Very well," it rasped.

"The path to the three Mecha-Zarbil parts is treacherous and hidden. The first part lies within the Desert of Forgotten Dreams, guarded by the Sand Wyrm. The second is in the Frozen Peaks, where the Ice Titan slumbers. The third… lies deep within the Abyssal Forest, where even the bravest fear to tread."

Jafar felt a chill run down his spine. The Desert of Forgotten Dreams? The Abyssal Forest? These were places spoken of only in whispers, places where many ventured but few returned.Yelisa, however, seemed unfazed.

"Sounds like we've got our work cut out for us," she said, turning to Jafar with a smirk.

"Jafar nodded, trying to mask his apprehension with a confident grin.

"I was born ready," he replied, though the weight of the task ahead loomed large in his mind.

Is enough for a family of three to spend their month lavishly.
