First Day Ch.5

Today was the start of the academy and I had to say for the size of the school it did not match the amount of students coming here.

In Luna's and my classroom there were only 50 students. Most of them are from well-off families and the few that weren't still had some connections to others. Well what did I expect, this is class 1-S1 where most of these students were trained in their early years of their education.

Anyways when class was about to start I saw the "protagonist" of the novel "Strongest Spear System" I read in my past life. I had to say it was disappointing because the main character is at

C-rank even though he had his system helping him.

In the Academy their are a few requirements to enter. The first requirement is to be the ages of 18-19 to enter. This rule was set because the Directors of the Academy didn't want children dying and only waste their childhood training to become a powerful awakener.

Since they were SS-Rankers, the government did listen even thought they wanted them to become stronger faster to make the human race seem stronger.

The second requirement was to have reached E rank by the age of 18-19. This seems simple right? But you couldn't be more wrong since most people that can awaken will have potential around E rank. Also with the age requirement most people will be eliminated since even though you can awaken at age 13, it takes longer longer, usually most people awaken around age 25 with low potential.

The academy is strict but the resources here are no joke that why most people that graduate here have higher success rates for clearing dungeon and killing monsters.

Anyways the reason I was disappointed in the "Protagonist" was because even though he had his system he was weak for a C-ranker. He might have only just broke through C rank but still it felt like his foundation was lacking.

That when it hit me. In the novel, the protagonist had never did real "training" and just keep upgrading his powers and abilities through his system. And since he was the protagonist, he always defeated the enemy or some one came to his rescue.

Well now that I am here, I'll make sure to teach him the importance of "training". I'll make sure that he understands that in front of true power that his skills will be useless.

*RRRIIINNNGGG*

The bell finally snap me out of my thoughts and then Luna entered the classroom.

(Luna POV)

When I finally hear the bell ring, I enter my classroom. The classroom went silence for about 5 seconds then all at once they burst into noise.

???: I can't believe it, is that Luna Stellar

???: Is she our teacher, please tell me that's our teacher

???: The Strongest Space Magician is our teacher, I can't believe it.

Then all of a sudden there was another voice that could be heard from all over the room.

Bruce: Settle down, everyone

His voice quite down the students but the reason they quite down so fast was because it was Bruce that said it. The fastest to reach SS rank and one of the strongest magical sword men, if not the strongest magical sword men ever.

Luna: Now that everyone is settled down let me introduce myself. I am Luna Stellar and I will be your magical combat instructor for the next year or so. And as you know this person next to me is Bruce.

Bruce: Hey there, as she said I am Bruce and I will be Luna's assistant professor. Isn't that great everyone? Anyways let's do roll call then we will go to the training grounds.

???: 'I couldn't believe it. My classroom teacher is Luna Stellar and her assistant professor is Awakener Bruce. Now I know I can become a strong awakener if both of them as my teachers and I have my system that helps me. Who knows, they might teach me some stuff about magic if I impress them'

[System of Spear]-This skills allows the user to grow to SSS+ rank no matter the original users potential. This skill gives the user the ability to gain other skills related to the spear. The user will be given a quest system to gain System Points to allow the user to grow stronger. The user growth will not be stunned as long as the users potential is greater than the stat. The user will gain a (+) on all stats and skill. To upgrade stats it cost 500 system points for all minor ranks and 7500 to upgrade rank. To gain a skill it cost 10000.

[Heart of Spear]- This skill allows you to master any spear skill, magic, or arts. Anything related to the spear will be up to 5 times stronger when the user is endanger. As long as the user is using a spear, the spear I'll be unbreakable. This skill allows for the user to always hit the opponent with the spear. This skill only allows for spear related skills.

[Holy piercer]- This skill allows one to coat a spear with Holy and light magic. This skill can pierce through magic the same rank as users magic. This skill allows user to Holy and Light magic as long as user is using a spears as a catalyst.

Luke looked at his status and looked a little upset because currently he was lacking points to upgrade any of his status, but he wasn't mad.

This morning Luke went on a "shopping spread" and decided to break through C rank, upgrade his stats, and buy his second skill to impress his teacher.

What Luke didn't expect was that everyone else in his class was also filled with D+ ranked awakeners and 2 other C- awakeners.

Luke was suddenly interpreted when he hear his name being called.

Luna: Luke Falldax

Luke: Here!

Then she continues for 5 minutes and finishes roll call. Then we finally head to the training grounds.

(Bruce POV)

Me and Luna we're currently sitting on a bench looking at our students to see if anyone can find our interest. So far the only students that we even looked at properly were the C ranked students and I had to say they were not disappointing beside Luke who was just swinging his spear around. But the other to were decent.

They are both from well know families. They were

the protagonist future rival and lover. The protagonist future rival is a magician who wields all four elements known as Allen Whit. The protagonist lover is a magical sword women named Lisa Winter.

Bruce: So what do you think about the class?

Luna: Hmm, hard to say when the only thing I have to compare is myself and you.

Bruce: what do you mean?

Luna: It just that I didn't pay attention to anyone but you back in the academy and we were called genius, so it really not fair to compare.

Bruce: I'm not sure about that.

Luna: Why is that?

Bruce: Haven't you read the news? It said that this is the golden generation because everyone accepted is at least D rank. And through out the other S classes their 10 C- ranks in the first year.

Luna: Really? But when we went to the academy we were at C+ rank, so why are they impress with a bunch of C- this year.

Bruce: Luna, you do know that there was no other C rank first year when we went right?

Luna: Really? That surprising but I guess that makes sense, now that I think about. How about the end of the school year when we graduate?

Bruce: Just a few B ranks and the rest were C rank.

Luna: Huh, that can't be true. We graduated at A+ rank and your telling me that no one else in our year was even close?

Bruce: Well not everyone had your resources and family backing. So others couldn't grow as fast as you. And don't forget that you were a prodigy so not ever thing was done as easily as you think.

Luna: Oh yeah, but wait how did you manage to beat me even though I had the upper hand?

Bruce: I'm just that good. Anyways I bought you something.

Luna: Hm, what in the box? Wait a second is this what I think it is?

Bruce: Yep, a engagement ring. Since we're getting married, I thought that it would be nice to get you one.

Luna: I-,um, you didn't have to but thank you.

Bruce: No problem. So when do I meet the Starr family?

At this point Luna was just blushing and smiling like a fool but who can blame her. She was marrying her best friend and first crush ever since they meet back in the academy. Not only that but Bruce had accepted that she was his future wife. Then Luna said something that brought a smile to Bruce.

Luna: Soon, very soon husband.
