Ch.9 Buisness and food ~Why is there a child's scroll in here

As time slowly went by, stein had taken an inspiring foot hold within the village. He had started to build a home near the gorge that Kyū had positioned himself at for slumber, and a local food buisness had opened with steins enthusiastic help. He had given them recipes that transcended the era causing them to name the place Transcendent Cafe(weird right).

Stein sat outside the gorge watching Kyū deep below in sleep, he had come to notice in the short months that the world they lived in was very different from what he had thought. He saw profit in war, and peace within the village. This only added to what he wanted to do for his master, but he knew he would need to do what he asked first.

He made his way towards the village gate with a kind greeting to the guards that had been newly posted there to keep others out. As he wandered in a thought came to mind "Where would I get the scrolls master had asked for..." Stein thought deeply before the hokage came to mind but he quickly shot it down, due to the fact he didn't enjoy the hokage's presence. "I'll ask the uchiha" He'd say unknowing Kyū had almost everything he could learn at the time from them.

As he made his way to the uchiha's district he could see children had started to play outside of the complex the uchiha had been staying at since the villages creation. This showed the uchiha slowly became more trusting as they sneakily had their grips ok the village.

Stein knocked on the outer metal door and an uchiha guard opened it saying "Can we help you sir?" only to get the response "Yes, I was wondering if you folks had a library I could...ponder through" from stein.

"Not that you can use sir sorry, only the clan head and elders can use it" The guard said and began to close the door only for it to be stopped by Stein's hand "I'll.. pay!" He said

"....is this a bribe sir?" The guard ask trying to push the door closed to not avail. "No I just need to use the library for my master Kyū or what you people call kyūseishu" Stein said oddly trying not to say he would burn the place down.

"You work for the kid...that's troublesome, I'm sorry I'll have someone talk to the head" The guard said and finally got the door closed with a *Boom* leaving Stein to stand in silence.

{A few moments later}

"You work for the kid" Said Madara as he stood a few feet away from the door as it opened causing Stein to instinctively bow in his fake elegant way. "Yes I work for master Kyū" Stein said causing Madara to sigh heavily.

"I was hoping that monster was gone...but his presence lingers even when he's gone" Madara thought and let out a cough before speaking up. "You may use the library with a supervisor... anything you wish to take with you must be payed in double, if you wish to see... anything secret you'll have to persuade me" Madara said and motioned Stein through the door.

Stein reluctantly entered and looked to Madara for guidance. "The guards will show you the way...do not make me regret giving you this chance to see the library" Madara said and walked off towards the hokage's tower. (all I can imagine is Stein giving a saitama face at madara when he said don't make me regret)

{Hours later}

Stein sat within the library looking for things of use, he slowly became accustomed to chakra nature's and information about them. Though most of the scrolls had fire natures, he came across a scroll wrapped in paper with a bow tie on it. He looked around only to see his library supervisor waving at him with a girlish grin.

He opened the scroll, and it looked distorted. "What child Drew on this...oh it's a joke scroll" Stein said with a glare and sigh "Nothing here is of value"(Yet). Stein instinctively began to take random scrolls and showed them to the supervisor causing her to sweat "Sir that'll be alot of money if you wish to take those" She said.

"I'm aware....I have enough, probably...most likely" Stein said unsure sure of his financial value right now. The supervisor led him to a desk and began to price them eventually coming to the grand total of... 750,000 Ryo.

{Ding Ding Stein...that's nothing, the system gives all servants of the host access to his funds his current funds are: ∞}

This only caused stein to choke on air "How does one have infinite money" He'd think before the system gave him another notice.

{The host is here to live comfortably and as they see fit so he has been given unlimited access to money...}

Stein felt like he could faint, with that much money they would be gods back on steins earth. "Here you go" Stein said pulling a mysterious bag out if his pocket and exact change was given causing the girl to go wide eyed "How are..I..never mind" She said knowing anybody that was with Kyū was odd and you shouldn't question it.

Stein took the scrolls and walked out triumphantly towards the home he had been making.
