Cao Guang saw both his life flash past him, he experienced what many called a near death experience, he wondered why he saw these visions or heard some of voices he did.
He opened his eyes groggily and found himself in a hospital ward in a patient's gown, his throat felt parched as if he hadn't drunk anything for hours. He tried to get up and find some drinking water.
He unsteadily placed his feet on the ground and found a water cooler with cups in the hallway, he exited his room and went up the machine and drank as much water as he wanted before realising that this was the magic world and the accident that had happened to him.
Cao looked into his contract space and was stunned and angry when he couldn't find his daughter, he had never felt rage like this in entire lives.
He was about to search for her when he heard the shrieks of a couple woman in nurse's attire.
"You have gained consciousness Mr. Guang. I'll inform the president"
"Where's my Contracted beast, the one with the fire?" Cao Guang barely recognised his own voice as he said those words out loud.
"The Little one is outside in the training facility we have. After you fell in a coma, your beast was distraught and would damage equipment from time to time, then someone called Dean Xiao came from Magic City and gave her some things and asked her to practice in the training facility and return to you after she's done".
" Came from Magic City? So I am not in Shanghai? Then where am I?". He looked outside the window in the hallway and realised something before speaking again " I wouldn't happen to be ancient Capital would I and why did she say that she would call the president?"
"She was talking about your doctor, young man " Cao Guang heard a grave voice behind him. He turned and stared at the man who brought the Little Flame Belle with him.
He was middle aged and had a Goatee and long hair, his face reminded Cao Guang of Han Ji president of the Clock Tower magic association in ancient Capital. Then he realised that Han Ji was among the best healers in the country.
Han Ji led Cao Guang back to his room, Little Flame Belle could not help rubbing her face to his. Along the way he noticed that his daughter had reached the peak of Warrior level and was now an Advancing Warrior.
Cao Guang lied down on his bed again as Han Ji cast a healing spell to observe him before talking

The healing mage on standby for that troop was only able to barely keep you alive, after checking your ID, your combat instructor was alerted. Fei Jiao them insisted that you be brought to me and had them transfer you to Ancient Capital.
Your friends were brought with you for healing but they were pretty much unharmed and that's why I said I admired what you kids did.
I have finished checking you, other than muscle atrophy and general weakness nothing else is wrong with you. But I guess that is to be expected when you were in a coma for six months.

"Wait, what I was in a coma for six months? How is that possible, even if I lost some organs and blood with Blood serums and Healing magic I should woken up in a few days right?"
