Chapter 10

Natasha’s pov

I was surprised.

Winson clearly hates himself so much, but after Edmond left, he not only didn't leave, but also asked the Secretary to send the work documents to my ward for processing.

I'm tired and want to rest.

But because of Winson, my nerves are always tight.

It took me a long time to understand that Winson was intentional.

Philip specially asked people to prepare a table and then stood aside.

Winson is still working on documents in the ward.

I ate it all today.

Winson’s pov

My eyebrows were slightly raised, and I thought coldly. It seems that it is not completely useless to go to prison.

At least she's got rid of her pickiness.

Thinking of going to prison, I immediately remembered what she had done, and I threw the document I had just picked up on the table.

Philip came up to me and said respectfully, "is there anything I can do for you?"

"Eat all the food honestly, and get your kidneys well as soon as possible. Don't bring me bad luck."

I took a look at Philip, turned around and walked out and said, "come out with me."

We went out of the ward

"Send someone to find Sara."

Now whenever I think about Natasha's life in prison, I will think of those disgusting pictures.

"Find her out for me. Isn't she very capable in prison? I want her to go back to prison and never come out again."

"Yes, sir. I'll go right away."

After Philip left, I lingered in the corridor for a while, until my mood was almost calm, and then I went back to the ward.

Natasha has finished eating.

She got out of bed, tidied up her lunch boxes and put them on the table beside her.

"Who let you do such a thing? If you hurt your kidney, can you be responsible?"

"I'm just used to it."

"What are you used to?"

"In prison, you have to collect everything you eat..."

prison?

I took her by the arm, turned her to myself, and said angrily: "why, you miss life there so much? You can't live without those dirty things, can you?"

"Winson, what's wrong with you?"

"What's the matter?" I pulled her into the bathroom, pulled down the shower head, and sprayed her violently: "wash, wash it for me immediately."

Natasha’s pov

I was pressed against the corner by him and turned sideways. I was humiliated by the spray of water. I closed my eyes and didn't look at him.

Winson grabbed my collar and clenched his teeth: "I can't clean it, Natasha. You're dirty to the bone and rotten."

He raised his hand, pinched my mandible, and warned me in a chilling voice: "remember, don't mention prison again in the future, never mention it again, otherwise... Your father's fate will not be very good."

He shook me off and turned quickly to leave.

I slid down the wall and squatted down.

I didn't see Winson again in the next few days.

I heard from the nurse that Winson was very busy because Wendy needed to be taken care of.

Winson’s pov

I received a call from Edward and rushed to the hospital from the company.

Edward himself made me a cup of coffee and handed it to me. He asked, "what have you been doing these days? Why haven't I seen you?"

"The company is busy with many things. Don't you have good news? Go ahead."

Edward picked up a document from my desk and handed it to me.

"You have to thank me this time. I've helped you find a kidney source that can match Wendy's. This is the information of that person."

I quickly took the file and opened it. "Where did this resource come from? Is it reliable?"

"I've read the information and there's no problem with the matching. Now you just need to find him. It's your task."

"Have you contacted anyone?"

Edward raised his eyebrows: "as soon as I got the information, I sent someone to contact me. Please wait with me. We should have the results in a moment."

Edward said, "but seriously, I'm really curious. Who are you going to give up before you find the source of your kidney?"

"You don't dare to think about it at all. After all, one of them is the woman you are grateful for, and the other is the one you love..."

“Edward,”

"I said I didn't love her."

Edward smiled and said, "are you willing to give her up?"

" if I really can't find a suitable kidney source, I will protect Wendy first."

There was a knock at the door.

Edward said to the direction of the door, "please come in."

His assistant quickly walked in, bowed to Winson, and then said to Edward, "teacher, there is something wrong with this kidney source."

"What's the matter?"

The assistant said: "in order to avoid harassment, this kidney matched Ms. ELISA was involved in a car accident and is now hospitalized."

"Is it serious? Is it still possible for her to undergo surgery due to her current physical condition?"

"In these two months, there is no way to have a transplant."

Edward's expression was momentarily solemn, he shook his head and said, "two months is too long. Wendy can't wait."

I called my secretary.

"It's me. Now help me investigate something..."

"Winson, do you think there's a problem?"

"There must be a problem."

"You don't have to worry too much. Natasha and Wendy are in good health now. In these days, I can let them go home and take good care of themselves. I will go to see if it is possible to help ELISA recover as soon as possible. Don't worry. I won't give you a choice until the last moment."

" do you think there is a good chance of finding another source of kidney?"

Edward didn't answer.

"How long will it take for Natasha's body to be completely cured?"

"Winson, the most important thing now is that Natasha's kidney has problems. Saving people with such a kidney is inherently risky, plus her own health problems..."

Edward shook his head: "so, even if Natasha is strong in this period of time, it is almost impossible to save both."

"Winson, why don't you just give up..."

"I'm afraid you'll regret making the wrong choice."

"I won't regret it. Her life has nothing to do with me. As I said, I don't care."

Why should I regret it?

Natasha’s pov

I returned to Winson's villa again and recovered a lot.

Philip respectfully said: "Natasha, the second master said,... You can walk in the courtyard, take a walk and exercise."

Although I said yes, I never went out of the room except for the time to eat.

After lunch, I went back to my room as usual.

I used to be a very active person, but now, I like to lie down more often.

Not long after I lay down, I heard the squeaky sound of opening the door at the door.

The voice was so slow that I couldn't help turning my head and taking a look.
