Chapter 2 :  New Beginning: Lidiya's Promise and Plan"

Lidiya went out to meet her mom. "Mom!" she exclaimed, hugging her tightly.

"What's wrong? Did you have a nightmare?" her mother asked, concerned.

"Yeah, something like that," Lidiya replied.

"So that's why you woke up so early. I thought you'd sleep the whole morning since it's your summer vacation."

"Now, sit and wait. I'll make tea for you," Mrs. Sharma said.

"Let me do that; you sit on the couch," Lidiya insisted, heading to the kitchen.

"Really, what's gotten into you?" her mother asked, checking Lidiya's temperature. "You don't have a fever," she added, concerned.

Seeing her daughter, who had never even boiled water on her own, suddenly wanting to help in the kitchen, Mrs. Sharma sighed and began making tea.

After preparing the tea, Lidiya returned to the living room and said, "Mom, try it." She handed a cup of tea to her mother. After tasting it, Mrs. Sharma was amazed. "Wow, it's delicious! How did you manage to make this tea?" she inquired. In the past, when she had forced Lidiya to make tea, it had never been drinkable. Lidiya smiled bitterly, thinking if she had actually learned to impress that scumbag.

Changing the topic, Lidiya declared, "Mom, I will change from now on. I won't be lazy anymore; I'll work hard for my future." In her previous life, she had been lazy and didn't like to study or work hard. She was okay with anything as long as she didn't have to exert herself. But now, she had a goal and vowed not to repeat past mistakes or let someone else control her life. This promise was not just for her mom but also for herself.

"Sure, let's see," her mother responded skeptically

After drinking tea and eating breakfast, Lidiya pondered her next steps. She had future knowledge about which companies and real estate would become popular, as well as insights into market trends. However, she glanced at the 500 rs note and smiled bitterly. Even to become rich, she needed money to invest or buy real estate.

Checking her computer and finding no social media apps, her eyes lit up.

 There was only one software available right now: 'Friendlink'. She remembered that in a few days or months, Friendlink would face a crisis and decide to sell the company.

 A media company would buy it, and in the future, after Friendlink became popular worldwide, this company would also become a top-tier company. Note: It's similar to Facebook.

She couldn't ask her mom for money; she was barely managing the family's finances. Lidiya fell deep in thought, but after a while, her eyes lit up with an idea.
