It has been 5 years, and they were well spent I think. There were some things I got under my control, I sent a good-willed person (Mind Controlled) to Namek and made him Wish for three things, all the Good-Willed Saiyan's to be revived. Giving me the ability to make people Ageless. Magically Increasing the Planet strength of My Empire, it was strengthened by over 100 times, it was originally made from Kachin, so you can say that it is pretty much Indestructible.

There were only 300 Saiyans that were revived and 200 were Women. I think it included Goku's Mother Gine too, I Mind-controlled them into thinking that I was not the one who destroyed the Planet and that it was Cooler.

I added Gine to my Harem and ordered her to stay with me on the ship. R-18 coming soon.

The Structure of the Heavenly Empire was created and all the planets were now in sync. The empire was growing stronger and the Average level of the peasants was increased to 100,000. The empire was getting stronger, and the most powerful ones were the Saiyans, I also mind-controlled Cooler and Cold and they were now my most 'Loyal' followers.

I created the ability to mind-control as my Fourth skill.
