Reborn as a SCP

Leo was a surgeon in the foundation who had dedicated his entire life to the foundation, entering their ranks as a surgeon's assistant the moment he was qualified. He had seen everything from agents with minor injuries up to agents who had sustained major trauma to their bodies and had lost body parts, even operatives who were affected by SCP's. However, through thick and thin Leo stayed loyal to the foundation. Eventually, Leo qualified for a level three clearance level, all he had to do was complete a minor operation on an executive agent of the foundation. However, the agent mysteriously died and Leo was found responsible for the death after a trial. Leo lamented everyone as his hate for the foundation grew. "I dedicated my entire fucking life to your cause, I have saved hundreds of your operatives and this is the fucking reward I get!?!" After Leo found out he was scheduled to be tested on an SCP that could cause a horrendous death he rebelled, resulting in him dying. When Leo died, there was only one thought in his head. "Why am I the one who must always suffer? All of this happened due to the corruption of others, I've just been a puppet in the grand scheme of everything, the foundation is a predator, and I was the prey all along. The entire foundation, no, the entire world is corrupt. It should all be purged in order for a new beginning." Suddenly, Leo heard a mysterious and dark voice calling out to him. "Do you truly wish to purge the world? To create a new one?" Leo thought he was going insane for a second but still responded. "Yes, that is truly what I want. But before that, I want to trample those who wronged me in this world!"

Hunt

When Leo looked around the room, he could not help to be disgusted.

The entire room was filled with blood, gore, and dismembered corpses.

He had seen a lot of gruesome stuff from back when he was a surgeon, but it was still disgusting.

Leo decided to look for an exit, but he could not find a way out. That was until he noticed an unusual bookshelf.

When he moved the bookshelf he found stairs leading up to a hatch.

When Leo reached the hatch he only hoped that there would not be more cultists.

Leo opened the hatch and prepared for the worst, but to his surprise, there was no one there.

He appeared to be in an old house located in a huge forest.

Leo looked around the house but could not find anything.

There was however one thing he noticed.

In the living room was a logo drawn on the floor, it appeared to be made in blood.

It was the exact same logo that was faded on the cloaks.

It was hand-drawn in blood including the lower part of the arm with a snake coiling around the arm.

Leo decided to ignore it for now and continued on with his investigation.

In the end, he did not find anything else and opted to leave the house.

When he left the house he found himself in a massive foggy forest.

With no other choice, he decided to walk.

Leo kept walking for hours but was unable to find anything.

His wounds kept throbbing in pain, keeping him alert.

Before he noticed it, it had already turned night.

Leo may be an SCP, but he still required sleep.

He climbed up a tree and decided to take a nap.

It was freezing cold and uncomfortable, and he could barely sleep because of the constant pain, but somehow he managed.

Unbeknownst to Leo, the next challenge was about to face him.

-AT THE OLD HOUSE-

a group of seven people approached the abandoned house.

All of them were wearing tactical armor and looked more advanced than the military special forces.

The person leading the group wore a special outfit with eleven red stripes on his helmet.

"Nu-7 squad leader to HQ, we are approaching the building as of now."

"Copy, please refer to yourself by your codename to ensure that there will be no confusion."

The squad leader's codename was Eleven.

This was due to him already having completed eleven missions.

he was about 1,9 meters and had a strong build.

The squad's doctor was simply named Doc.

She was about 1,75 meters and had brown hair.

The group's recon specialist was a bald man known as Hawk.

He has been a sniper in the foundation for two years.

The rest of the group was simply numbered one through four, with four being the group's sergeant.

"Eleven to HQ, we are entering the building and performing a sweep, expect a report in about 15 minutes"

"Copy Eleven, you have permission to perform the sweep."

Eleven and his task force moved into the building and combed it out, eventually leading to the basement.

"Eleven to HQ, this appears to be a serpents hand hideout, however all of the members have been slaughtered."

"HQ to Eleven, any idea what could have done this?"

Eleven thought for a while.

"No idea, but it was most likely an SCP, we have also spotted footprints outside of a potential member of the serpent's hand who escaped."

"Isn't the serpent's hand supposed to protect the SCPs?" asked Doc.

"Usually, yeah. But there are always some power-hungry people who stray away from the organization's goal for personal gain."

"HQ to eleven, please follow these footsteps."

"Is lethal force authorized?"

Headquarters took a while to respond.

"Lethal force is authorized, however, try to take him in for questioning."

"Copy"

Eleven took a look at his squad.

"Hawk, please take the lead of the group and report any unusual activity in the area."

"Yes, sir!" Hawk responded and saluted his taskforce leader.

"For the rest of the squad, take a rest. It will be a long hunt." said Eleven.

Everyone sat down and rested, however, Doc decided to sit next to Eleven.

Eleven looked her in the eyes and coldly asked what she wanted.

"Is there not a small town close to this forest?" said Doc.

"There is, we will be heading for that town as he most likely is there, we will start questioning the villagers and such and securing the village. We will use cover story 17-A, understood?"

"copy." responded Doc.

"Then I realized someone's heaven could be the source of my torment."
