A day of respite?

The morning sun shines majestically into the clear blue sky washing all the worries of the world away. Many people are now starting their day as they busily move round about doing their daily routines with smiles on their faces.

However, not all are enjoying and having a good morning.

In a large estate, three people are sitting in front of a long table while having a gloomy expression on their faces. These three people are Anthon Wu and his brother along with Sikong Wu. They are showing a gloomy expression because they have discovered that they cannot contact Softcloud.

Even after doing everything they can to contact him, Softcloud seems to have vanished in thin air.

This made the three feel that there is something wrong. And the words of Elder Min reverberated through their minds.

"Dad, what should we do now?" Sikong Wu asked with a worried expression.

"Well, if we can't rely on Softcloud… we can just pray that your dad's friend would make his move." Anthon Wu said with a glint of cunningness in his eyes.

He didn't know what had happened to Softcloud, but he is sure that Baiting Ao will make his move today. They know the patience of that person and his temperament is not good. So they are expecting that Baiting Ao would make his move on that girl Melissa Krin. After hearing his father's words, Sikong Wu's expression change. Although it was a pity that he didn't taste the girl, his condition now is something that he truly hated. Meanwhile, inside of Melissa Krin's villa, everything was quiet.

As the morning sun's golden rays enter the clear western style window, it illuminated the whole room bringing upon a nice serene atmosphere. On the bed, a young boy of about 17 years old is currently hugging a beautiful young woman with his eyes wide open.

Because of the sudden entry of some unknown people and the killings that had happened. Melissa Krin didn't stay on her bed and sleep alone. She was still a bit traumatized by what had happened yesterday. Even though she tried to calmly go to school and finished her last school work. Her mind could not go back to the way it used to be anymore.

She feels like she is now getting too paranoid. Every gaze and every person she sees feels like they have bad intentions towards her.

And because of that, she decided to stay by Joe Wang's side for the night.

Because of her nightmares, Joe Wang used a lot of his energy just to quell her heart and mind making her sleep soundly. However, this made him stay awake for the whole night just to look after her.

Ugh…

Melissa slowly moved and tried to find a comfortable passion within his arms.

"This woman… she is lucky that I can't eat her right now. Fine… Just, fine." Joe Wang thought as he took a glance at her pretty face.

No matter how long and how many times he looks at her, he can't seem to get enough of her beauty.

While observing the beautiful woman in his arms, Joe Wang slowly cleared the scattered hair covering her face.

"You are really beautiful you know…" he muttered.

"Umm… I know." she suddenly replied and slowly opens her eyes.

"Good morning, handsome!" Melissa muttered in a low voice.

"Umm…" Joe Wang nods as he tips down his head and gave her a soft kiss on her lips.

"Sweet…" he whispered.

"I really like your smell… I think after you have reached the 2nd level, your scent had changed."

"Umm… you too. I like your sweet fragrant smell." She muttered while still having her eyes closed.

"Aren't you going out today?"

"Nah… I'm done with my paper works. I will have my vacation until the classes start again."

"Yeah… 4 days to go and I'm going back to school again." Joe Wang muttered feeling a bit lost.

In truth, he didn't want to go back to school. Right now, money and power are already within his grasp. But he can't let his parents down, so he still needs to go to school.

"Are you worried about not seeing me? Don't worry we can see each other every day. I will still get the talismans from you, remember?"

With a smile, Joe Wang just nods his head.

After a few hours of cultivating, the two changed their clothes and decided to go out for fun. These last few days, they have spent their time going around the city, being chased by bad guys, fighting, and more. This time, Joe Wang wanted to make her have a relaxing time with him.

So they decided to go to the mall and do shopping.

Melissa Krin's smile is ear to ear as they entered the biggest mall of Delta City, VS Mall.

As they approach the entrance, the two noticed that many people can't help but take a glance at them. It can't be denied that both Joe and Melissa are very eye-catching. With the impurities in their body removed, their skin is as smooth as a pure white jade and would sometimes glow as if reflecting the sun.

They didn't mind the people around them as the two shops without any worries.

The first stop, of course, is women's clothing. Joe Wang was very considerate of Melissa Krin's feelings after that traumatizing day. He wanted her mind off from that scene. So what better way to relax a woman's mind than to go shopping for clothes.

Standing on the entrance of the clothing shop is a tall woman, with a blue mini skirt dress. All over her body she wearing branded clothing and accessories.

From her aura alone she is shouting that she is a rich woman.

Beside that woman stood a handsome gallant looking man, wearing a dark blue body fit suit. The man's chiseled face can almost mistake him from a perfectly sculpted figure of a masculine man.

Unlike the youthful beauty of Joe Wang and Melissa Krin, the two exudes a mature aura of two young adult couples in their 20's.

When Melissa Krin saw who the two are, her expression suddenly changes.

The woman is actually her school mate taking up Arts and Music. Her name is Catherine Lu, the only daughter of the owner of HRJ Pharmaceutical Corporation.

She was considered as the number one beauty in Delta University, rather than the low profile Melissa Krin. But in truth, everyone likes Melissa than her. And because of this, she is always jealous of Melissa Krin.

When Sikong Wu and Melissa Krin became an item, Catherine Lu became really furious. Sikong Wu is a well-known rich kid in the school.

Although her family owns a company, she still can't compete with the Wu family. However, she can't accept the fact that Melissa Krin has latched on a strong thigh.

But it didn't last that long until she discovered that the two broke up. She wanted to make a move but hesitated. Then suddenly, this school break, she was introduced to her fiancé. And to her surprised the man who would be her fiancé is the nephew of one of the most famous men in the business world of Delta City, Ju Gidong.

When she discovers this, her heart became happy and accepted it with open arms. Plus her fiancé is a very handsome man who graduated abroad from a prestigious business school.

"How nice… who would have known that a poor woman like you can also go here? Tsk… Tsk… You and Sikong Wu are already over, right? Are you still dreaming of climbing up the social ladder?" Catherine Lu jeered.

Joe Wang wanted to make a move, because of the insult from the woman. Melissa Krin is already his woman, though not officially, the two are already sleeping together in the same bed for Pete's sake. So he wanted to stand up for her.

This made her truly angered.
