Chapter CVI - Diving for the First Time
Marcus led the delivery men up to his large room, where they began setting up the prototype Dive Pod. It looked different from the sleek, obtuse egg shape he remembered from before his regression.
The pod was a lot more industrialized, being in a rectangular shape. Numerous tubes could be seen going into both sides of the machine. On the lid of the device, an Mk. 1 was etched underneath a small glass panel that would allow his family to see his face while he dived.
As the men finished installing the Dive Pod, Marianne explained some of the additional details, "Now you can dive for up to seven days at a time without any side effects. Don't exceed that amount, as you could end up hospitalizing yourself.
