Most of those that have high talent in magic are of noble blood and very few for commoners. Sadly those who could only afford can be tutored by a professional magician to study magic. Children who have a high aptitude for magic can be sponsored by a noble or either be adopted into the noble family. If not they can request to become a magicians helper so that they can also learn. Finally done Star vanish together with the light.

While inside the imperial palace of the Moon Empire the Queen is giving birth. A woman uttering painful inarticulate sounds can be heard inside the room.

A man about six feet tall can be seen pacing back and forth outside the wooden french door that was carved in irises. The man has striking features wearing black official attire with golden trimmings that matches the violet mantle on his back.

The King was about to go crazy in horror listening to her wife's painful cry. Shouted internally I don't care anymore I'm going inside.

One of the senior maids guarding outside the door rushed to say "Your Majesty it's still inappropriate to....." Too late the King already went inside the Queens bedroom.

The moment the King stepped inside the room a loud cry resonated. The beautiful Queen was in white long gown. Her hair was swept to the side of her exquisite neck. One could trace her delicate nature considering her weak appearance that lays weakly on the bed. She heard the loud wail. Closing her tired eyes. She mumbled in a weak tone "my baby."
