Chapter 10 Returning to the An Family

"An Lengyan, what have you done?!" An Tianyang roared as he walked towards them. After pushing An Lengyan away, he helped An Tianzhu up from the ground.

Seeing this scene and An Tianzhu crying, everyone present was misled. An Lengyan, who seemed to be he culprit, naturally received their gazes of disbelief, disgust, and mockery..

An Tianzhu lowered her head and smiled. She was prepared to kill An Lengyan directly, but she was afraid that the matter would be exposed. In a moment of desperation, she thought of a good idea. As long as An Lengyan's reputation was tarnished, she would be despised and detested by everyone. Then, she would find another opportunity to kill her quietly.

When the time came, when she got her heart, everyone would feel that this was a matter of course.

Just the thought of An Lengyan being dragged off her pedestal and being spurned by others made her tremble with excitement.

An Tianyang thought that she was afraid and quickly hugged her. He looked at An Lengyan with a complicated gaze. After knowing that 20% of the An family's shares had been registered in her name, An Tianyang's feelings for her changed. He was the only son of the An family, but he only had 5% of the shares. This gap made him very unhappy.

Perhaps he could use this incident to get his parents to take back her shares, he thought to himself.

An Lengyan watched An Tianzhu put on an act. She didn't refute or explain. Instead, she waited for someone to speak up.

Sure enough, the An family's couple looked at each other. An Zhiyao was the first to speak up. "It's nothing. It's just children playing around. It's normal for them to get injured by accident. It's all play." 

He dismissed An Tianzhu's injury as an accident. An Tianzhu looked at her father in disbelief. How could this be?

Could it be that they couldn't see that she was injured? She was bleeding. She looked at Ruan Li, and Ruan Li, who had always doted on her, didn't stand up for her this time.

Although Ruan Li doted on her daughter, the company was more important. If the company really went bankrupt, it would mean that her life as a rich lady would comr to an end, so she could only say, "I'll send Tianzhu to the hospital first." 

The An family's siblings were completely dumbfounded. What was going on?

An Lengyan smiled. She did not explain because she was certain that between the company and her daughter, she would definitely choose the company. After all, she was not only their daughter now, but also the goddaughter of the Luo family.

She then smiled sarcastically. She thought that they would love this pair of twins very much, but it seemed that wasn't the case.

The An family's couple asked An Tianyang to take An Tianzhu away. They looked at An Lengyan. An Lengyan's eyes turned red as she said, "I didn't do it. I didn't do it." 

An Zhiyao quickly said, "I know that it's not your fault. It was an accident" 

An Lengyan said gratefully, "Dad." 

Her calling him 'dad' made An Zhiyao's eyes turn red as well. Ruan Li hurriedly said, "Lengyan, you should come back to the An family's home with us today. We've been very worried ever since you disappeared. We've been waiting for you. We've even prepared a room for you at home." 

An Lengyan pretended to be touched as she nodded. The An family's couple hugged her and kept talking about how much they had missed her over the years.

An Lengyan hugged them as a hint of disgust flashed across her eyes. She endured the nauseating feeling and played along with them.

The An family's couple didn't have much emotion in their eyes; they were all experts at acting.

The surrounding students dispersed when they saw this scene, but it was unclear whether they believed that what had just happened was just an accident.

In a corner, the eyes of the mechanical mosquito that was sitting on An Lengyan's clothes were flashing red. It flapped its wings slightly, while Lu Li, who was sitting in his dorm room, watched the screen and let out a soft snort. This woman was so fake.

However, he could feel that An Lengyan and he were the same type of person. This made his eyes flash with excitement and eagerness.

An Lengyan followed the An family's couple back to the An family's home and stood outside the door of the An family's home again. An Lengyan sneered coldly. An Zhiyao suddenly said, "Lengyan, where have you been all these years?" 

An Lengyan hid the coldness in her eyes and said with a hint of admiration, "In the capital." 

An Zhiyao was stunned. He looked at An Lengyan's face thoughtfully.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" She asked.
