Felix and Wilhelm arrive.

After everyone was done for the evening, Kaji carried Rem to her room, while Ram walked with him. Subaru didn't drink so he was in charge of leading Emilia to her room, and Beatrice came with him just to make sure he didn't do anything strange. The happy moments were ending and Subaru forgot the cruelness of this world, but soon he would be reminded of it once again.

After a couple more days, a carriage was approaching the Mathers manor. And Kaji was waiting for them, while Subaru and Emilia were visiting the village that was nearby. Kaji watched the carriage approach while being pulled by a ground dragon/lizard thing.

Kaji knew who it was and why they were here, it was because Subaru didn't have to fight or use his gate much. He tried to use magic, and failed to use it properly multiple times. And by doing so he managed to strain and injure his gate, which was responsible for the mana that was being released from his body. And a damaged gate would bring trouble, it could make the individual's magic unusable or even dangerous to the said individual or others around him.

But in Subaru's case, it would just make him unable to use mana in general. Therefore Emilia asked Roswaal to see if someone could heal his gate, as she felt responsible for letting Puch teach him how to use magic. And because of that the boy overused his gate, or over strained it.

But that wasn't the only reason the carriage was coming here, Kaji knew that Emilia would be invited to the capital because of the election. And soon the carriage stopped near the mansion, the door opened and the person to disembark the sadi carriage was no other but Felix Argyle also known as Ferris.

Ferris has flax-colored hair and yellow eyes. His casual wear consists of a blue-collar with a ribbon, a blue dress, black tights, blue leggings, blue shoes, white arm covers, and a blue scarf tied around his right arm.

Ferris' cat-like appendages are a result of his ancestors having Demi-Human blood and because of this, he was mistreated by his parents. The white and blue ribbons that he wears in his hair are a gift from Crusch and he always wears them no matter what he's wearing.

After looking at the boy Kaji looked at the driver, who he knew quite well, it was Wilhelm van Astrea.

Wilhelm is an old but elegant old man with a rather tall and muscular physique which one would not expect from a gentleman his age. Due to his age, he has long bountiful white hair which is perfectly combed back, suggesting his refinement. On his gentle old and wrinkled face, one can see a pair of beautiful sky-blue eyes that reflect wisdom, experience, and above all else- elderly warmth. Coupled with his white beard, Wilhelm represents the very essence of a well-mannered and good looking elderly gentleman. Accordingly to his occupation as Crusch Karsten's butler, he's always seen wearing a primarily black butler's outfit which consists of a white shirt over which he wears a vest of also white colour. Over both the vest and the shirt, he's sporting a black, long-sleeved coat with some blue finishing touches around the edges. Matching the attire, his elegant pants are purely black. As a finishing touch, Wilhelm can be seen sporting white gloves and an elegant yet normal black bow-tie. Thanks to his long-lasting profession, he has mastered the art of good manners. Most other butlers of his age could not hold a candle to his refined and perfect posture.

"Oh, it's Kaji!" Felix exclaimed while looking at the red-haired Oni.

"Yes, good to see you too, and welcome to the Mathers estate." Kaji said before turning his head towards Wilhelm.

"How have you been doing, old man? I hope you aren't getting rusty these days." Kaji said with a smile, that clearly told the man that the Oni wanted to spar.

"I'm doing well, thank you for asking." Wilhelm replied to the Oni with a smile of his own.

"Alright, we might be able to talk later. Felix follows me, I'll lead you to Emilia, and Roswaal." Kaji said remembering that he had a job to do.

"Alright let's go, See you later old man Will!' Felix said while walking after Kaji who started walking into the manor. While Wilhelm responded with a nod and a small bow.

It didn't take long for Kaji to lead the cat boy to the room, where Roswaal was already waiting in. While Emilia was on her way to the mansion together with Subaru.

The moment Emilia saw the carriage she started walking faster, she forgot that they were going to have some guests today. So she tried to reach the manor faster, while Subaru looked at the carriage and started asking Emilia if she knew whose carriage it was.
