A bath

Kaji was sparing with the girls, it took some time to convince Rem to actually use her weapon. He had to reassure her that no matter what she throws at him he can take it, it took him longer to convince the girl than expected. But it was worth it, he could train by fighting three opponents at once, at the same time the girls would learn how to cooperate in battle.

After fighting for a couple of minutes, Kaji could only feel surprised, after all, the twins were amazing. They aided each other and supported each other, but at the same time, they incorporated Frederica into the spar almost perfectly.

Kaji knew that the twins had the ability synesthesia, an ability that allows them to share their feelings with each other through telepathy. And he could only assume that with the help of this ability they were able to actually aid each other, but it wasn't enough.

Kaji dodged the flail to the side, ducked to avoid a wind blade, before kicking Frederica who wanted to get him from behind. Kaji's kick was coming towards her, so all she could do was block with the gauntlets she was wearing. The moment the kick collided with the metal gauntlets, Frederica was sent flying back.'

She managed to stop herself from flying too far by spinning herself, with this, she redirected the force and landed on the ground. She wanted to continue but her hands felt numb, she was stronger than any human even if she was just a child. She had some beastman blood in her, and it was enough to make her stronger than others, but now she realized that there are far stronger people in this world than her.

Without knowing, Kaji ignited a fire within her, she didn't know why but she had the urge to become stronger, and stronger. While she was trying to shake off the numbness in her arms, Kaji was fighting the twins.

While fighting Kaji found out more about the abilities the twins had, he didn't know how but Ram had almost perfect control of her mana. Her affinity was wind, so in reality, he realized that if Ram wanted to she could create a Beyblade made from wind, she could tear apart everything in her path. Just imagine a huge Bey blade tearing everything apart, it could destroy towns and cities easily.

Kaji knew that he couldn't do something like that jet, he was good with magic, but his control still was lacking. Rem was really talented in combat, which involved the flail, and not mentioned with his advice she could incorporate water magic in her attacks to make it more difficult for him.

After a couple more minutes Kaji and the girls stopped, all four of them were covered in sweat. The four of them had smiles plastered across their faces, it seemed like all of them enjoyed fighting, was it in their blood? No one knew.

"Alright, let's finish up here for today, we should go clean up and start making breakfast." Kaji said while still smiling.

"Sure!" Frederica said while removing the gauntlets.

"Umu." The twins nodded simultaneously.

Soon all of them were back in the mansion, Kaji was soaking in a bath while thinking about future plans. He started calculating in shi mind, he was counting the days he would need to collect mana so he could use a spell to travel to another world. While Kaji was soaking in his bath, the girls were taking a bath while in another bathroom, after all, there were more than four bathrooms in this mansion.

"Do you guys know the reason why Kaji has horns?" Frederica asked the twins, she was interested in the topic. After all, he was the same race as the twins but they seemed to be different to her.

"No, he just had them one day, why?" Rem asked while looking at the older girl.

"Oho does Frederica like Kaji?" Ram teased.

"What…..no I just…." Frederica got a bit flustered, but then looked at the smiling pink-haired, oni and pushed her into the bath, but her legs suddenly gave out making the two girls fall into the big bath together.

"Sister!" Rem shouted with worry, but calmed down seeing the two resurface.

"Pfff hahaha!" Frederica started laughing happily. She was having fun, she didn't expect to ever have fun after her mother passed away, but now she actually could.

"Sister, are you okay?" Rem asked Ram

"Yes, but we should teach this wild one a lesson shouldn't we?" Ram said.

And so the twins started tickling Frederica, while their voices echoed throughout the bathroom.
