So far, Jeremy was only successful in cultivating the halfway point of the first part of the Lightning spear, Thor's might.
There were only three parts but each part would bring one closer to the level of a deity of lightning and once convergence was achieved, it wouldn't be bad to call the practitioner a literal lightning god.
