Vince POV

"Damn, he's good." I said aloud as I was watching everything from the Silver's private bunker, "He's younger than me and yet used that ability better than I ever did."

Goldie was rounding up the escapees and guiding Reiner, Rowan, Mark, and Terrence to the battlefield through a safe route. The safe route was filled with escapees who tried their best to escape, willing to try and attack them all along the way.

"Vince, want some dinner?" Rylee asked as she peeked into his room

"Uh, yeah, in a bit."

"Try to get some rest, I know that every time you and Goldie sync up is exhausting for you."

"Yeah, let's come back to this after you eat." Nyra joined in, "Unlike Goldie and the rest, you don't have the energy to do this all the time."

"Shouldn't it be worse for you guys? Carrying those children shouldn't be easy."

"Oh, this isn't bad. Heck, it's still in its really early stages, nothing much will happen."

I can't believe that this was their plan, to have our parents carry their children as temporary surrogate parents through magic until they get back. It was sort of...also a backup plan in case they did die.

Mom Rylee was carrying Lilith's twins and Mom Nyra was carrying Leilah's. Since Mom Nyra already had the priority to name the firstborn, Mom Rylee got to name one of the others for doing this. Even if such a thing weren't offered, they would have done this anyway.

Magic is too weird...for now, I just told Goldie to keep going through my mind as I rested for a bit. The war is going to be over soon...we just need to destroy God and the angels, the other gods...and settle a couple of other affairs, but Perseus won against the heroes and demon lord already.

Man, to think I can live long enough to live an actually decent life.

3rd Person POV

Perseus approached the fallen heroes and fended off all the strong people going after him. he rushed to Lachlan and did something very unprecedented, instead of killing him, he overloaded magic into the demon's veins, and destroyed his internal magical core and any other abilities the demon-possessed.

He did the same with the few fallen heroes and just as he approached Sarah and Trevor, Cassius and Saber rushed at him and prevented him from doing it.

"I planned on sparing those 2, you know?"

"The hell you are." Saber retorted

"Heaven's gate."

And just like that, those 2 were gone from sight.

"I need them alive." Perseus shrugged

"Perseus, I really like you, but this power is truly dangerous...I don't think I can let someone whose power rivals a god live." Cassius said

"I should have killed you early." Saber added

"And here I thought you both somewhat redeemed yourselves." Perseus shrugged as Buddy rushed to his side.

The 2 gods managed to evade Buddy after fighting all this time, Buddy had a delaying strategy to hold them both in place, but the 2 gods overwhelmed him at the last second and evaded him to interfere.

Lilith was winning against God and Lust, who had just arrived at the scene and is being helped by Phineas and the others of the anti-magic cult. But Lilith was holding her own, with the occasional help of Dawn and Maple from afar, Lilith can overwhelm her opponents from time to time.

"Fine, y'all wanted this." Perseus chuckled, "C'mon bud, this is what we've been training for."

He then pulled out a weird weapon, a weapon that this world hadn't seen before, it was a kusarigama, there was a sickle attached to a long chain with a weight or metal ball at the end with a weighted end of the chain can be used for striking or ensnaring opponents.

Within a second, he lunged his weapon forward, the chain of his weapon whistling through the air as he launched a relentless assault. Saber and Cassius met his attack head-on, their own weapons flashing as they countered his every move with unmatched skill and precision. 

However, Saber and Cassius found themselves caught off guard by the unfamiliar weapon. Its unique design and deadly effectiveness threw them off balance, leaving them vulnerable to the relentless assault.

The sickle flashed like a streak of lightning, leaving behind a trail of shimmering arcs as it slashed and pierced through the air. The chain of the kusarigama whistled through the air like a serpent, its deadly coils lashing out with lightning speed to ensnare and entangle anything in their path. 

The razor-sharp sickle of the kusarigama sliced through the air with lethal accuracy, its chain extending and retracting with lightning speed. With each swing, Perseus unleashed a barrage of strikes, his movements fluid and precise as he sought to gain the upper hand against his opponents.

But the advantage didn't end there. With the aid of his Buddy, he managed to slow down Saber and Cassius, hindering their movements and leaving them vulnerable to his attacks.

Buddy darted and weaved around the battlefield, his frosty breath freezing the ground beneath their feet and sending large destructive spells toward his adversaries.

As the battle raged on, Saber and Cassius found themselves growing increasingly frustrated. Their attacks were met with swift and decisive counters, and try as they might, they couldn't seem to gain the upper hand against this duo.

Buddy then charged past the 2 gods' defenses and bit Cassius' ear, and as Saber was about to attack Buddy, with a swift and precise movement, Perseus swung his kusarigama, the sickle blade slicing Saber's axe's handle effortlessly through the air in a blur, slicing it cleanly in two before launching the metal weight towards Saber with deadly accuracy.

The metal weight hurtled through the air like a speeding projectile, its trajectory honed to perfection as it zeroed in on its target. With a resounding thud, it struck Saber squarely in the head, the force of the impact sending him staggering backward with a cry of pain.
