Chapter 38: Raid

Zaine left the house, and with plans for the day, he decided to first go towards the blacksmith.

He went towards the middle layer of Avalon and asked around several people along the way. He carefully visited all the blacksmiths to find the best one among the many options.

From his experience in HHL, Zaine determines that the best blacksmith is always placed in a very sketchy place. The worse the location, the better the product.

He went through several normal-looking blacksmiths, but none can pique his interest.

Almost giving up, he made a last-ditch effort by going to the Adventurers' Guild to ask for any information.

"Welcome, Zaine! It's rare to see you walking alone." The leader spoke as he spotted Zaine from the second floor.

"Ah, hello, Mister. Do you know any good blacksmiths around? Those that can make high-tier armor from the Serpent King Scales?" Zaine asks with little to no hope left.
