Hammer's death caused quite some stir in the Hephaestus academy.
Because the death was so sudden and there was no sign of the attacker. It was quick and easy. If not for the Hammer's friend using that artefact, his soul would have been completely erased and no one would have managed to find a connection to the death.
But now that the soul was stopped and the elders heard about the incident, they immediately reached the obvious conclusion.
"Hammer is someone's information mule and they are responsible for his death."
That was agreed up on by everyone and immediately, Hammer's soul was absorbed to see the memories. Meanwhile, Hammer's friend obtained the wrist band from the dead body. Since the importance of the wrist band decreased and is even considered a dangerous thing by everyone, he managed to get it without any resistance.
And to his surprise, he managed to access the contents.
