"IS there a problem? Are you sick?" Mr. Okamoto asks Kasey as he saw her at their garden, spacing out.
"I'm alright Lolo," she answered in lethargic manner.
"My dear granddaughter, even if you don't tell me, I know that there's something bothering you," the old man said softly as he stands beside her. "You've been acting strangely for three days now," the old man added as he gently caresses her hair. "So don't hesitate to tell me everything, okay? I'm here to listen and help in every way I could for my precious granddaughter."
"Lolo," Kasey whispered as she hugs the old man. "Lolo, it's about Nice... he… he confessed to me," she confessed. "He told me that he likes me," she added in almost a whisper.
"And what's your answer?"
"I don't know how I should respond Lolo," she answered in a weak tone as she takes a step away from her grandfather.
She brushed her hair as she took a deep breath before she turn and face the old man.
