Prolouge 2
"[Manifest: Runic Blade of Flames]"
Fenrir extended his right hand and soon orange flames spewed out of it and and formed into a blade. on the blade there isn't a hilt and the blade is filled with rune symbols. The sword was in the shape of a longsword without a hilt. Fenrir pointed the flaming sword towards Brutus
"Your move."
"Tch. Arrogant." Brutus lifted his battle axe "[Lion's Pride]" as he said that Fenrir noticed the surge of power in Brutus ;however, he seemed not to be affected by it. Whilst Fenrir was standing there, Brutus readied his attack and after a couple seconds he charged towards Fenrir with an amazing speed that the naked eye couldn't keep up with it ;however Fenrir just stood there without as if without a care in the world. Brutus came closer and closer and soon arrived in front of Fenrir in a stance that had his battle axe raised to chop Fenrir in twain. As Brutus was about strike him Fenrir made his move and blocked the axe with no efffort at all. When Brutus saw this he jumped back a bit.
"At least you have what it takes to back it up. BUT THAT IS ALL!!" Brutus continued with a barrage of attacks. Meanwhile Fenrir is standing seemingly bored. Brutus noticed this and backed of again.
Fenrir yawned "Oh? You done? I guess it's my turn now." Fenrir assumed a crouching stance and position his blade on his waist with a stance that is similar to sheathing a blade "[Predator style: Crouching Tiger]" as the words left his mouth he disappeared and reappeared behind brutus with the same stance only now he is slightl lowered.
"Is that your attack? It's so piti- Agh!!" before Brutus finished his sentence a his chest was cut diagonally and blood spewed out of his chest. "AH! What the hell how is the cut deep- Shit my body is burning, bastard!!" Brutus dashed at Fenrir at kept on barraging him without landing a hit..
"Tch. You forced me. [Sun's Blessing]." Brutus became even fasterand continued his relentless attacks with his axe encoated with a yellow glow. "Take this. [Sun Blast]" Brutus fired a yellow orb resembeling the sun toward's Fenrir.
Fenrir raised his hand "[Nullify]" a black substance erupted from his hand and consumed the attack. "Everything you do is useless. You know that right?"
Brutus ignored him and kept on pestering him with his attacks. Fenrir decided he had enough and countered the axe by doing a rounhouse kick which disarmed Brutus followed by a back kick to the- oh Yikes. Fenrir missed and instead of hitting Brutus's chest he hit the little cub down below.
A/n: I send my condolonces to you my friend. let there be a moment of silence....
After getting hit Brutus backed away slowly with his legs shaking and hands holding his tiny brother "Ah. sorry man I didn't mean to hit that part." Fenrir apologized sincerely.
Brutus couldn''t handle the pain and fainted with the delusion that everything was a dream. Oh such a poor soul. Speaking of soul it seems a etheral version of Brutus seems to exiting his mouth.
"Well I guess I'm done on this side time to help Ares and Hel." Fenrir left Brutus and ran to Ares to support him.
When Fenrir arrived he could see hills of corpses with Ares sitting on top of the largest one." I've just finished on my side with Brutus suprisingly there was no soldier was that your doing?"
"Yeah, wanted to try some of the common skills like [Taunt] to see how powerful it is ,but I guess it only works on the low soldiers and the distance isn't that far. It couldn't even reach the soldiers Hel was fighting so I couldn't steal her kills."
"You were trying to what?" Hel suddenly appeared and looked at Ares with a questioning stare.
"Oh! Hel! I said I was er- trying to um- lessen your work! That's it I wanted to help you finish faster. Haha." Are said with a nervous smile.
"Hmm. I'll let you go for now. Did you deal with the traitor Fen? You took awhile."
"Meh. I was just playing with him to see if he got stronger ,but got dissapointed and gave a punishment too brutal for us men."
"And that is?"
"I call it making a sundae with his banana and cherries."
"Oof, did you really have to do that Fenrir"
"Hey, it wasn't my fault. I mean it is 'cuz I miscalculated a bit and hit him square in the land down under."
"Yikes. I send my prayers."
"Anyways looks like the first wave is done and we have about 30 minutes to-"
*BOOM*
Before Fenrir finished a creature landed in between them. It's appearance was blocked due to the dust but even then its outline is enough to know it's an abomination, An eldritch.
"Goddamn it why didn't we know an eldritch is coming." Ares shouted in anger
"I don't know but we must remain cautious we dont know what abilities this horror has."
"Alright Fen you take the sides, I'll take the back ,and Ares the front got it?"
"Aye, let's go. I have the urge to smack this thing. [War Techniques: Dragon's Wrath] [War Techniques: All is fair in love and war] "
"Alright [Double]" a clone of Fenrir appeared beside him
"[Gaze for long into an abyss, the abyss gazes also into you]" Hel's aura changed to a ghastly one that can suffocate anyone that doesn't have enough willpower.
"Alright then let's go."
The eldritch stood there waiting for the trio to come when they reached 10 ft away he casted a skill "[Time Stop]"
"!?!?" The trio were supresed because it is highly unusual that an eldritch can speak other languages. Only powerful eldritchs can do it even then they need a lot of concentration to learn since they acn only speak in eldritch language. But what suprised them is his skill. Time related skills can only be used if you have a huge amount of understanding in the time element only Gods and thier children can learn it even then it takes about a year to learn it.
The Eldritch reappered behind the three and stood there.
"Tch. [Planet Smash]" Ares threw a punch at the horror that managed to dodge it.
"[Space cutter]" the horror muttered
"A Space Skill!?!?!"
"Damn. be careful Ares."
"I know that ,but whats pissing me off is that he is still this strong even when lowered to our strength." They realised he was right since with his 'all is fair in love and war' skill makes them to be half the horror's power as well as lowering its power down to half as well. they kept trying for about 20 minutes to kill it.
"I'm sorry ,but I have to cut this short." The three of them were confused but didn't stop thier attacks until the horror moved he first knocked Ares out and after he proceeded to Hel who couldn't defend against his speed. He moved on to Fenrir who gave a good fight ,but ultimately was overpowered.
"Damn. looks like we failed."
The horror looked at Fenrir "Fenrisúlfr Lokison, the first child of Loki and the strongest. I have heard about you and your deeds. What intrigued me is our similarities"
"What do you mean ,horror."
"Well we are monsters. I'm not talkin about species I mean our nature you know."
"Is that all you want to say just kill me already."
"Oh I don't think I will be doing that I still need you three for an expirement. HEHEHE"
'God, he is a crazy one.' Fenrir thought
All of a sudden Hel casted a skill "[Rebirth]" but it seemed that it failed.
"Oh now we dont want anyone escaping now do we I placed a artifact right before I attacked." He pointed to a pillar. But then the horror looked up and nodded his head as if recieving an order.
"Change of plans looks like I'm going have to kill you three there is a high chance that you might escape so better safe than sorry. *sigh* Why can't I get any test subjects.." As he finished he chopped Ares's head.
"ARES!! NOOOO!!" Fenrir screamed trying to move his body.
The Horror proceeded to Hel.
"NO!!! DON'T KILL HER!!! I SWEAR ON MY NAME I WILL DESTROY IF YOU DARE TO HURT HER!!" Fenrir said with tears streaming down his face
"HAHAHA..Atleast I can hear your scream as I kill your beloved sister. HEHEHHEEHE."
"DON'T!!!"
"Fen please don't cry everything will be fine." Hel reassured him which seemed to work a bit.
"But, you're going to die I can't let this be..." Fenrir's voice trailed off as he looked at Hel,"Ok, I guess we will meet again in the afterlife." Fen finally calmed down not fearing death however.... "Fen I don't think we will." That sentence brought despair "What." Fen was devastated and confused first his sister calmed him down and said everything would be fine which gave him peace ,but she crushed it with that sentence.
"HAHAHAHAA EVEN YOUR SISTER DESPISES YOU THAT SHE DOESN'T WANT TO MEET YOU AGAIN HAHAHAHA" after he said that he proceeded to slice Hel's head off. Fenrir couldn't even say anything he was that much shocked at what his sister said.
"Well it's your turn now. Any last words?"
"Grant me a quick death please I-.... I do not wish to be here anymore...."
"Alright since I am generous I will grant you this last wish." As he said that he chopped his head off swiftly.
All that Fenrir can see is total darkness...
