Luciella and Ji Cheng Mo finished their meal, which was cooked by Ji Cheng Mo. An array of western cuisine, resting on the sofa. She took out a cigarette to smoke, while waiting for Ji Cheng Mo to be done.

She had a lot on her mind, she did not how to start or where to. It was a selfish and huge burden for Ji Cheng Mo, which Luciella hope she was making the right choice. "So how was Anna?" Ji Cheng Mo sat beside Luciella, and asked in a adoring tone.

"She...wants to come back..." Luciella did not dare to say that, 'She asked me whether I loved her.'

Ji Cheng Mo stared at her in a serious gaze, he could sense that she did not want to tell him the full story. "You know I am her daddy right, we can get married and give her a home." he really meant that, Anna was very adorable.

'If only it was that simple...' she would not be in such a complex situation, and everything would be so easy. Luciella turned and look at him, Ji Cheng Mo was handsome. A mature man, who oozes masculinity.

"Do you not believe that I can be a good father?" Ji Cheng Mo felt insulted seeing the gaze coming at him, 'does she not trust me?' he frowned at the thought.

Shaking her head she gave a awkward laugh, "It's not what you think."

Ji Cheng Mo raised his hands to caressed her face, his eyes was full of longing. "Leave everything to me, I will make sure you and Anna have a home." his eyes were full of honesty, what he said. Each and every word, he meant it.

To her, Luciella felt it was a joke. 'A home?...' a word that is never in her mind before, does she even have a home. She could not even take care of her daughter, "Anna's birthday is coming up, can you attend it for me?" She smiled weakly at him, saddened at the thought of not being able to be present on her daughters 4th birthday.

"Sure, you don't have to ask me. I will attend no matter what, it's our daughters birthday after all." He was about to leaned in and kiss Luciella, when she dodge his kiss.

"I'm not in the mood." Standing up, she went to the window. Staring out, she breathed in deeply. "Have you thought of turning back?" Ji Cheng Mo stare at Luciella's small back, seeing her from behind. He could see how small she was, though she was fairly tall.

'Turning back?' Luciella scoffed, since the day her grandmother died. Her brother and sister even till now she still do not know who were they, dead or alive. She already did not have a turning point, looking back would not do her any good.

"You can lean on me, I will take care of you. Rong Xuan, believe me!" Ji Cheng Mo said in a seemingly begging tone, pleading for her to come back to him.

"The time when I need you is gone, and..." She stopped halfway, not wanting to continue.

"...." "LET GO!" Luciella was grabbed on the wrist, forcefully being turned around. Her back hitting against the window, Ji Cheng Mo's body was close to her.

"Why?!" Ji Cheng Mo eyes turned red in anger, his body trembling in frustration.

"What why?, we can never g..."

"Is it because of your third uncle?" He shouted at her, his breath blowing at Luciella's face.

'Bothersome!' Luciella frowned, what was wrong with him. She felt something was amiss, this man hardly flare at her. Does she need to appease him too, when she already got a overbearing man. "It has nothing to do with him, just let go of me first!" she tried to pushed him away.

"Then why can you not give me a chance?, I have changed my ways. I will give you a good future and I...I love you, Rong Xuan!" He kissed her hard on the lips, "Can you not see it?" His voice break.

'Slapped!' Luciella slapped him hard, her breathing quickened. "There is no point wasting time on me, Cheng Mo." She gave a sorry look before walking away, she was about to head upstairs when she heard his question.

"Then he can?" Ji Cheng Mo stared at her in a wrongful look, 'Just because he is...'

"Rong Yu is my guardian, it has nothing to do with us!" What does she need to do to get it into his head, that Alessandro had nothing to do with their break up and even about getting back together. She could not deny Alessandro did not allow her relationship with Ji Cheng Mo, but partly their break up and anything further than that was just her only.
