Chapter 26 - Unexpected Someone

[November of 2011]

[°Random Hydra Facility°]

3rd Person P.O.V

Andrew looked at the scientists that currently lay at his feet in an organized manner, all of them are unconscious.

Andrew made sure to have his protective skills all activated as his own psychic energy poured out and slammed at the minds of the scientists.

What Andrew was planning was very simple. Acquire knowledge the most easy way. By using Telepathy, he can effectively learn all what a person have learned throughout his whole lifetime and all the experiences that he gained.

Carefully browsing through the mind of the one and only bold scientist. He shuffled through all that he knows and what he have learned as Andrew soaked all those knowledge like a sponge.

For the last two and a half month, Andrew's abilities haven't stopped growing even if he don't do nothing as it will still progress, albeit snail slow, but still progress.

And that progress gained him some sort of photographic memory along with increased mind calculations and even had his multi-tasking upgraded where he can activate many of his abilities at once.

Absorbing all the knowledge of biology, gene splicing, how to remove and paste the x-gene – though this one isn't really complete and lacks many things – cell structuring, biochemistry and all the shit concerning the body.

'This guys are like a mind treasury.' Andrew who finished absorbing all that he wants from the scientists muttered. After completing it all, Andrew bursts all their head like a watermelon and willed and placed the removed floor from before and tried fitting it to its previous position.

After doing all that. Andrew turned and saw Pyro talking to the mutant kids with a smile as he tried comforting them while Illyana was just on the side, kicking some mobs' head, bored.

Andrew walked to Pyro and said "What are you gonna do with them?"

There are four mutant kids that they managed to rescue while the reason why it's so few was because the other mutant test subjects didn't make it throughout the whole experimentation of the scientists and died.

Pyro seems to be at lost "I.. don't know. We can't take them with us.. yet.. as you said.."

"Yes. You still don't have enough power to protect them and confront the whole world as what you want will inevitably clash towards others' ideas."

At that, John clenches his hand tightly to while one of the kid smiled at him which calmed him down.

"Don't worry though, as long you follow me, that dream will not stay as dream.." Andrew spoke like Mephisto as John nodded with renewed determination burning in his eyes.

"What about Charles'? Yep that's right! We just give 'em to baldie as I'm pretty sure he will definitely accept them." Illyana suggested at the side. The mutant kids was just silent as they listened to their conversation.

"Okay! It's decided. Let's go." Andrew clapped his hand to grab their attention as he hovered to the air with the rest. The mutant kids' eyes all widened in amazement at what they're experiencing.

Pyro smiled seeing them like this as he ruffled their hairs. While Illyana tried looking to the invisible force-field that Andrew conjured to no avail as she can't see it and only feel.

[°X-Mansion°]

Andrew, Pyro and Illyana hovered in the air invisibly as they watched the four kids making their way to the main door of the mansion as they knocked on it.

That night. All the people in the mansion – mainly the adults – all made their way outside immediately to try and see if the group was still there. But to their disappointment — specially Piotr — they saw nothing and all they had was the words of the four kids that three really saved them.

The three made their way back to "their" house as the two immediately plopped down in their beds and Illyana quickly fell asleep

John though was still wide awake as he reviewed what he did this night and he felt as if this is really the start, and he's really starting to make a change and soon, his dream will be achieved as Andrew said.

Thinking about this. John fell asleep comfortably in the bed that he feels as if the most comfortable bed in the worrld at that time.

While Andrew was still awake as he sat at the couch on the living room, thinking about something.

Absorbing all that knowledge from those scientists has brought immense happiness to Andrew as he can already think many ways how he can milk his [body manipulation] for all its worth.

Though, most of the things he can think can't still be implemented and take advantage off as he needs his [body manipulation] to upgrade and become [biological manipulation].

He started upgrading his physical strength as he delved his senses inside him and used his [body manipulation].

First. He used what he liked to call as [Bodily Aspect Enhancement]. This is what he used to enhance his body and enabled him to fight a greatly-holding-back but-still-strong Colossus and come out on top.

He first chose his skin as he upgraded its already dense state and made it more durable and malleable while still retaining its normal form and thickness of that of a normal human skin.

He then made his muscles more compact and increased its density and its would-be power while he also did what he does to his skin and made it still retain its normal human state.

In the end. Andrew increased all the aspects of his body that he can currently increase like his eyesight, hearing, smell, durability of his whole skeletal structure and even his digestive system and etcetera.

Using his increased intelligence and his high degree of control on his own body, Andrew is able to calculate how much power his body truly possesses.

During all the upgrade that he just did, His bodily strength is now bordering on class 50, meaning he can lift, punch, kick at 50 or so tonnes of force.

But, approaching the end, he found that his body is nearing its limit and he may not be able to increase his strength anymore after reaching that limit and would need to have biological manipulation or other external means to further increase it.

Andrew who can not think of any good solution—that will not have any side effects to him—aside from having the biokinesis, just slept the problem soundly on 'his' bed.

[°X-Mansion°]

"They've brought someone again?"

Charles Francis Xavier asked Hank McCoy who just opened the door to his room accompanied by two kids the age of 10.

For the past November and December, He and the X-Mansion have been receiving kids rescued by Andrew, John and Illyana from different kinds of mutant experimentation facilities out there.

Though he's happy that the three are essentially doing right by helping their fellow kind, he still can't accept their methods as the three doesn't even left anyone alive from every facility that they raid and seems to not know the concept of second chance for people.

Adding to that. Piotr Peter Rasputin also known as Colossus have increasingly getting agitated day by day in the absence of his sister and just wouldn't stop requesting him to find them even though he had already said that he can't find them.

Charles Xavier rubs the bridge of his nose in headache as he signaled Hank to close the door as he prepares himself to "educate" his new students.

Andrew now stood a good distance away from another facility that he's going to raid for the week — alone.

Though. The mutant experimentation facility that he's about to raid right now isn't one of the Hydra, but of William Stryker. Andrew looks at the facility with an expectant look as he can't wait to absorb the knowledge of all those scientists inside.

For the past two months, he have raided about eight mutant experimention facilities to absorb the knowledge of all the researchers while John and Illyana accompanied him to rescue the young mutants.

The reason he's not with John and Illyana right now was because he gave them a tests to see if they really got the mind and resolve to follow him and dropped each of them to different facilities and ordered them to raid those facilities on their own.

Though. Andrew didn't let them go to their facilities as weak as they are as he tweaked their powers here and there to the best of what his body manipulation can currently do.

Over the past two month, he have mostly focusing on his body manipulation and managed to reach the level of being able to mess with the cellular structure and even the X-Gene itself, though, for only a bit.

He doesn't know if being able to mess with the genes itself can his body manipulation be considered as biological manipulation but he was damn sure that he's already into its realm.

He managed to increase the total control of Pyro over flames. Unfortunately. Pyro still can't produce his own flames and still need his Zippo Lighter to create one.

John accepts being Andrew's guinea as he trusts the man and placed all his hope to become more powerful to achieve his goals. Now. Whenever Pyro would take control of a flame, it'd turn and have a slight blue hue, indicating its power and intensity.

As for Illyana, Andrew tried upgrading her powers but after messing with her X-Gene, nothing happened. Her ability remained as it is and didn't change which greatly annoyed her.

So Andrew just upgraded her body along with John to have the strength of about 5 tonnes and increased their durability as to not let them die due to a random bullet. He also increased their other bodily attributes to have more flexibility and agility and stuff.

Now back to Andrew. According to the memory of Stryker, this particular facility that he's about to attack right now is one of the few that the latter put most of his attention as the mutants inside have higher levels of mutation and thus; the scientists experimenting on them would be more higher level.

Andrew isn't planning to bulldoze his way through using his telekinesis as he's thinking of not using it for the time being to test his strength once again.

He didn't dally anymore and began to run towards the large building while he passed in a thick metal fence that he just tear away.

Quickly reaching infront of the building. Andrew jumped high as the two guard that casually talking to each other immediately saw him as they tapped their comms to alert the people inside.

After doing that the two lifted their guns to aim at Andrew but the latter was already on them as he slammed his feet at both of their chess that immediately caved in from the force.

Andrew lands at his feet and looks at his job and began walking casually inside. Arriving inside, he was greeted by numerous soldiers — real ones this time — who all their guns pointed to him.

The guy at the back shouted with a raised hand that brought down "FIRE!!"

Rata-ta-ta-ta-ta!!

Countless bullets approached him and slammed at him unhindered but they all just fell to the ground, not damaging him in the slightest.

Andrew smiled in amusement as he propelled himself forward and kicks the head of the unfortunate soldier as the guy's head burst out.

Immediately after landing, he blurred as he punched abdomen of the other at the side as that guy flew away and impacted on the concrete wall.

After doing that, Andrew looks at the remaining soldiers with a smug look on his disguised face as they began backing away slowly.

The smile on Andrew's face slowly widens as he quickly approached and appeared at one of the soldiers and hold his head. He applied a little force as it burst into chunks of brain matter.

""No! No! Ahh!""

The soldiers couldn't take it anymore as they all began running away, to the closed metal gate behind them.

Andrew made a quick work out of them as he now stood in the middle of their dead bodies and thick red blood that flooded the floor.

Andrew lifts his head and turned to the security camera at the corner of the ceiling and waves his hand to it "Yo."

He then clenches his hand as the device crumbled into a useless pieces of scrap.

Bang!

Andrew then turned to the thick metal gate and lifts his hand into a fist and smashed it to the gate. A big dent immediately appeared in the gate as Andrew quickly followed it with another punch that removed the gate from its hinges.

Dong!

The gate dropped to the ground with a loud sound but what appeared behind ticked Andrew as he saw another such gate.

He punched it with more force this time and destroyed the gate with one punch and this time an elevator now appeared.

Taking the elevator, Andrew pushed the infamous basement floor button as he waited with calm look and whistles a tune in the process.

The elevator finally opened as Andrew was greeted with the same scene of numerous soldiers pointing their guns at him while no scientist whatsoever can be seen in the large room.

Andrew grins as two grey psionic sword construct manifested in his both his hand as he lifted one of it quickly, blocking a bullet that was speeding towards his face.

He took a deep breath as he took a stance with his two swords.

The soldiers suddenly began stepping aside as three people with a blank look on their faces stepped forward while the soldiers went back to their stance and points their guns.

Andrew quickly disappeared from his place as he ran to the group but then one of the guys who had a blank look lifted his hands and a fireball condensed on his hand as he immediately fired it to Andrew.

Andrew didn't stop on his feet as the flames smashed to his body and immediately spread to his whole body.

Andrew suddenly felt something and stopped in his tracks and looks at the flames on his body and there, he saw his skin seems to sizzling.

"Toxic Flames?" Andrew muttered and just pats the place where toxicity was intense and managed to put out the flames in the end.

Andrew suddenly blurred in his place and the soldiers then found him with his sword piercing the head of their brain-washed pyrokinetic mutant.

Andrew then turned to the rest of the soldiers and the two remaining mutants with a smile as he blurred once again — eliciting screams of pain and despair from the soldiers.

..

"Hsss~"

Andrew took a deep breath not minding the corpses and thick smell of blood that surrounded him.

The two remaining mutant just had a simple superhuman strength and the other one has some kind of toxic saliva as the guy tried spitting on Andrew which earned him a beheading.

Andrew didn't care if they were brain-washed or not as he just slaughtered them equally.

Andrew made his tangible psionic sword dissipate in smokes of grey as his head suddenly snapped to one direction as he sensed someone approaching.

Tak.. Tak.. Clap! Clap!

"Fascinating.."

A sound of footsteps and clapping sound suddenly resounded within the large room that Andrew was within as someone made themself known coming out from the lone corridor that seems to lead to an even more secured place.

Andrew lifts his head to look at the figure and saw that it was a man. The guy has a slicked back smooth black hair and wears a mix of white and black suit while holding a glass of champagne in his hand. The most notable thing from him was the diamond-shaped red gem attached on the middle of his forehead.

Seeing the guy. Andrew immediately thought of one name as he couldn't help but mutter in himself 'Fuck!'
