Another day had arrived, and Allison and I were supposed to go on another date today...our second date.
According to the time limit given to me by the system to accomplish my current quest and the number of days that had passed since then, I currently had 2 days remaining to accomplish the quest.
So I have to try my very best to see if I can conquer Allison today since I'd already succeeded in one, which was stealing her from her boyfriend.
If I didn't succeed in conquering her today, then I'd have one more day left to do so. With one more day remaining, there was a very high chance I'd fail the quest.
I couldn't concentrate at school because I was thinking about the time I had left to accomplish my current quest...even my friends noticed it. I was somehow disoriented.
They kept on asking why I was disoriented, but I never answered any of their questions. Not like I could even tell them the real reason why I was disoriented, and I wasn't in the mood to lie.
So I just kept them quiet even though they asked me the same question multiple times...
******
Allison was in her classroom right now thinking about the fact that she was going to be going on another date with Lucas today.
And thinking about it was making her glad, it was evident on her face. She enjoyed yesterday's date, it was special to her, and she was hoping today's date would be the same.
But there was something else she was thinking about apart from the date...and what was that? Her boyfriend.
She knew she needed to talk to her boyfriend to know where they stood. She was really attracted to Lucas, in fact, she'd fallen for him completely.
And she didn't mind him becoming her new boyfriend. She wanted to date him if possible...
But she knew she wouldn't be able to do all these because she hadn't broken up with her current boyfriend. The fact that she went on a date with Lucas yesterday and would be going on another date with him today could even be considered cheating to an extent.
So she wanted to talk to her boyfriend today and see how the conversation would go. She wanted to see if she'd be able to clear their misunderstanding.
If she can succeed in clearing it, then dating Lucas wouldn't be possible anymore. She'd just do some things with him in secret which her boyfriend wouldn't know about before she'd cut all contact with him.
But if her boyfriend proves stubborn, and she couldn't seem to clear the misunderstanding between the both of them, then she'd give Lucas a chance in all ways.
And it would happen as fast as possible...
She'd try to make him her boyfriend as fast as possible. That thing that he wanted, which was sex, she'd give it to him immediately, and so on.
She'd break up with her boyfriend without telling him. And she'd keep her relationship with Lucas a secret from him.
If he later finds out about their relationship, then she'd use what happened between the both of them as an excuse for why she started it without telling him anything.
She basically tried to clear their misunderstanding, but it didn't work out because he was proving stubborn. She'd bring up this as an excuse as well.
..But all these would only happen if she tries settling the misunderstanding with her boyfriend today, and it doesn't work out.
Yes, this was something she'd decided while in her classroom. And she was going to implement it today since another date would be taking place between her and Lucas today.
It had just gotten to break hour in Allison's school, and she planned on making use of this opportunity to have that conversation with her boyfriend.
He wasn't in the same classroom with her, he was in another classroom though they were in the same level of learning. If the both of them were in the same classroom, then she'd have had that conversation with him since.
She didn't leave the classroom for the cafeteria with her friends because of that conversation she wanted to have with her boyfriend...
And as she was walking in the corridor where her classroom was situated in search of her boyfriend, lots of guys were staring at her. Yes, she was an attention grabber.
Most of the boys staring at her consisted of the ones that wanted to date her and the ones that wanted to fuck the living hell out of her.
Well, she didn't pay any attention to any of the boys staring at her, she was just focused on finding her boyfriend. Since she couldn't find him in this corridor, then she was heading toward his classroom currently to see if she'd find him there.
..Yes, a lot of students were already heading toward the cafeteria, and some had even entered the cafeteria.
But there could still be a chance he hadn't left his classroom for the cafeteria yet but was preparing to do so.
She arrived at his classroom and found him there. And as expected, though he was still in his classroom, he was already preparing to head toward the cafeteria along with his friends.
Allison walked toward him and said, "There's something I want us to talk about".
"I'm not really in the mood to talk about anything right now". He stated.
"Please, it's important". Allison's voice resounded again.
He nodded his head a little, then glanced at his friends before saying to them,
"Guess you guys would have to head toward the cafeteria without me. My girl wants to talk to me about something".
They nodded their heads a little before they began walking out of the classroom until they'd walked out of it completely. Then he focused his gaze on Allison again before uttering to her,
"So, what is it that you want to talk to me about?".
"It's about our misunderstanding". Allison responded.
A kind of expressionless look appeared on his face as he sighed immediately the moment Allison said that. He wasn't in the mood to talk about it at all.
"We can be heading toward the cafeteria together while talking about it". Allison's voice resounded again, glancing at her boyfriend.
"Sure, let's do that". He stated with that expressionless look still plastered on his face.
And with that, the both of them walked out of the classroom while conversing. They'd arrived at the school compound by now and were still conversing, and according to what Allison was seeing, he wasn't ready to clear their misunderstanding at all.
His pride was still in control, he was still proving stubborn.
She tried, but it wasn't just working out. And at that moment, she gave up, she broke up with him without saying anything to him...
She was going to give Lucas a chance in all ways since she'd broken up with her boyfriend indirectly. If Lucas hadn't come into her life, then guess she'd still be putting up with her boyfriend's shit.
A guy that was up to her standard both in handsomeness, intelligence, charisma, and so on had come into her life...so she saw no reason to keep putting up with his shit.
Since he was proving stubborn and didn't want to clear their misunderstanding, she was done with him.
In fact, she couldn't deny the fact that she wasn't that attracted to him anymore, all her attraction had moved to Lucas. So she was going to move to him then.
Since she'd given up on trying to clear their misunderstanding since he kept on proving right, she moved some distance away from him and focused on reaching the cafeteria so she could go sit with her friends and eat the meal the cooks prepared.
A smile appeared on her face as she was heading toward the cafeteria. And why did this smile appear on her face? Because she thought about the date that would be taking place between her and Lucas today.
She couldn't wait for the date to reach so she could spend time with Lucas. Well, all she needed to do was to be patient, time goes by really quickly.
Before she knows it, the time for their date to take place would reach. And she doesn't plan on telling her friends about Lucas, she'd never do such a thing.
The moment she tells them about him, the news would most likely spread around...and that wouldn't be good.
The only time she'd tell them about him was when it had already become news. They'd have most likely heard about it by then before she even tells them.
Allison's boyfriend was glancing at her as she was heading toward the cafeteria. The way she stopped in trying to clear their misunderstanding was somehow surprising.
And he could feel it...he could feel that she'd given up and wouldn't try to clear their misunderstanding anymore. But he wasn't sure though...
