Sean came out last. He closed the door and led me back to the party.

"Do you think they would be okay?" My mother is being overprotective and I understand her feelings. I just do not like the idea of anyone arguing because of me.

"They are adults, they would be fine", Sean gave my shoulder a friendly pat.

He grabbed two glasses and handed one to me, I smiled in appreciation.

"But I wouldn't lie, It was so hot in there. For a moment, I thought I was going to melt", he said in a bid to make me… less worried?

And it did work as I teased back, "And I was already melting", with a toothy smile.

Sean raised his glass to take a sip but mistakenly spilled some of his drink on his suit, he laughed at the mess he had created and brought out his handkerchief to clean his suit.

"Oh my God!", I faked a gasp.

"I'm sorry, I just ruined your suit".

Sean laughed uncontrollably at my words, "Let's get some fresh air".
