The Beast's secret Garden

After Mr. Stone went to his room I wanted to explore the beautiful house and the garden, but I was a little tired of the journey so I directly went to the room he showed me, it was a simple yet beautiful room with a balcony facing a small lake and woods, there's a connecting bathroom too, I thought he would give me some shabby room but surprisingly he gave me a good room with a beautiful view.

I opened the curtains and stood on the balcony taking a breath of fresh air, the view was really breathtaking and I fell in love with its beauty, I just felt like standing there forever enjoying the view but I was really tired so I went inside.

I took a relaxing hot shower and wore my white pajamas with cute paws prints and went to sleep, I woke up to a cool breeze touching my cheeks and noticed its already dark, I remembered I have to prepare dinner for Mr.stone so I took out his diet chart which I had put in my handbag and saw the instructions.

I have decided to prepare Spanish chicken stew, I went out in search of the kitchen, and saw it adjacent to the living room, it's a modern kitchen in a black and white theme with a small dining table with 4 chairs, it's beautiful but I felt like there is something missing in it, I went to the fridge and took out ingredients for the stew and started cooking, meanwhile I made some coffee for me.

I was about to drink my coffee but someone came from behind and took my coffee from my hands and I know who that was but why does Mr.stone always has to take my coffee huhh..

I turned around and saw him reading a book while drinking my coffee at the dining table, he then suddenly stopped reading and looked at me raising his brow, I avoided his gaze and resumed cooking.

After a few minutes, I have finished cooking and turned around to ask him if he wants me to serve the stew but I saw him looking in my direction with a small smile on his face, whoa..this guy should smile often coz he really look good when he smiles, but why is he smiling all of a sudden??

"umm...sir would you like to eat now??" I asked and he nodded his head and resumed his reading, I have served him a bowl and went back to clean dishes, I have cleaned them in 5 minutes and saw him still reading without touching his food.

I didn't know what went inside me at that moment but I went to him and grabbed the book out of his hands and said: "sir..you have to eat food while it's hot, it's not good for your health to eat cold food".

He gave me a pointed look and raised his hand, I flinched a little thinking he might throw that bowl at me or something but he grabbed a spoon and started eating, I sighed in relief and went to grab a bowl for me.

"can I sit here sir??" I asked holding my bowl standing near him, he nodded his head and I immediately sat opposite him with a big grin on my face and started eating my stew holding a spoon in the right hand and garlic bread in the left hand.

He looked at me like I am some alien when I started eating quickly, I tried to smile but a Lil stew fell out of my mouth, I got scared for being clumsy and looked down but for the first time I saw something which I never thought i would see in my life, Mr. Stone started laughing holding his stomach, i have this weird habit of laughing along when someone laughs so i too laughed with him.

After we have finished dinner I badly wanted to see the whole house, so I gathered a little courage and asked him"umm..sir can I look around the house, I mean I should know my way if I have to clean it every day..right".

He didn't say anything for a minute so I lowered my head in disappointment and started going back to my room but stopped after hearing him say "wait.. I will show you around",I turned around with a big smile on my face.

He started walking and I ran after him, he showed me the living room, his library, another guest room, and garage I stared at the beautiful house with amazement, at last he showed me his greenhouse which is made of glass, it was so beautiful with so many plants and creepers, I have never seen so many different colored flowers in my life, there is this dim light shining on the plants making the place look heavenly.

we stood in the middle of the greenhouse"This place is very important to me this is the first and last time you are coming into this place, if you ever step inside this place you may consider yourself fired "he said seriously at which I nodded in understanding.

suddenly fireflies started coming inside the greenhouse and my heart melted at the amazing view before me and I couldn't stop myself from trying to catch them laughing like an idiot.

Then I noticed Mr. Stone standing too close to me, his hand almost touching my shoulder, I got nervous with his close proximity and stepped back, he sighed brushing his hair back, and walked away.

"Wow... you have such an amazing house, and your greenhouse is so beautiful, but if you have a swing in the garden it would be more beautiful, you know back home.."

"ENOUGH...I didn't give you this tour so that you can give me ideas about my house's interior design, you have to clean all of these places every day, do not forget why I have hired you Ms -5" he said harshly and walked away.

when I saw the tall handsome man with a serious expression walking away I thought to myself "why are you so serious always Mr.stone? what made you shut yourself from people? you have everything yet you act like you don't have anything...why?? "

I remembered how I used to wait for his research updates when I was in college, how I used to save money to buy the books written by him, how I used to dream about working with him but when I finally got to live my dream by staying close to my idol I feel far away from him, he is really difficult to understand, one minute he is nice and another minute he is rude, he has a really complicated personality, I must admire caroline for winning his heart, I just hope she would give him a lot of love so that he would be smiling more and be happy.

Though I consider him as a god and respect him a lot, its really hurting me whenever he is insulting me and being rude to me" Oh come on Eri..enough with ur self-pity, concentrate on how to gain his favor and a place in his team, get ready for your big day tomorrow" I told myself and went back to my room and soon fell asleep after setting alarm for 5'o' clock.
