Immortal ~ once ascended to immortal levels one has to completely rebirth their body and soul in the early through late stages to complete the process they have to train their immortal body through pills and or fighting, cultivating forms, and treasures that can transform the body into a truly immortal body, top level immortals can live hundreds of million years but still suffer the same weakness as mortals being susceptible to death through various methods.

Soul Path- when an immortal becomes in tune with his true identity and finds a path that was literally created for them by their fate personality and karma.

Godhood ascension- once fully ascended into godhood the newly born dieties become immune to death but still suffer the weakness of being killed by another god or stronger being or force, Shinigami will also claim select persons lives that have attained godhood based on the balance within the universe.
