After the castle has been made, I teleported myself into the throne room, which is in High palace . The first thing I noticed when reached in the throne room is that the throne room was very large and it's also radiating a majestic aura . It was silver in colour with an open ceiling from which light can pass into the hall.

The throne room was beautifully designed with many jewels, which were embedded in the pillars and floor of the hall .

The whole throne room is made of who knows which but surely very rare material, as it is not painted in silver colour but silver colour material which has slightly bluish shade is used to make the hall.

Then my glance fell on the throne, it has a long back seat like a royal throne should have but it has a purplish vein like lines originating from the lower portion of the throne to the top of the back rest of throne like the whole throne is pulsating with life . The Throne was releasing an aura as it shows that only a True ruler can sit on it, a monarch who is above everybody. This throne represents the authority and strength of the person who sits on it .

Suddenly Alen voice sounds in my head [ Sir, it's time you should create your species. ] after thinking about suggestions given by Alen for a breif moments of time i open my status panel

{It is a ability of the holder , to create any species and bluff them with skill and strength according to the wishes of the user . The created species will be loyal to the user but a 'bug' may appear in the species but not on the upper echelon of the species , but rather than that all individual will be loyal to god that created them.}

Universal particle manipulation is the skill that Allen had created, when I transferred my right to create minor skill to the Allen to change the properties of the flying floors.

Species progenitor was one of the original skills given to me by that mysterious person , so according to skill description i can design the member of my species in terms of appearance, talent and strength etc.

It is also possible to make every member of my species strong as hell but I will not do that , if every person of the species gets stronger then in future, it will surely disturb the hierarchy of the species, and eventually my species will get destroyed by fighting among themselves rather than by any outer force attacking them .

In my species there would be 5 positions which will also be called 5 pillar of Dragevils. The positions are , ADMINISTRATORS, GUARDIANS, WATCHERS, ARBITRATOR and the last one is head of all pillars called as WARDEN

I have already thought about what species I should create . Actually I have been planning it for quite a bit of time .

I have been always fantasies about Dragon, vampires and Elfs so I should make my species according to these superior species but not totally similar to these species.

I activated my skill

[ alen , activate SKILL- SPECIES PROGINATOR ]

after activating the skill the space in front of me started to rippled and a huge black hole has been formed .The strength i can feel from this small black hole is, as if it can shallow a whole planet .

From the black hole a strong electric and lightning discharge has been continuously releasing, then alen again made an alert [ Sir, please chose gender for the first kin ! will it be a male or female ?]

Immediately , I said [ MALE , and form 2 males ] after that the black hole started to separate it itself like amoeba and slowly started to form male like structure , alen voice again told

[ Sir, please select the characteristic , strength and powers of first kins ]

After alen finished the sentence , I immediately ordered as I have been waiting for this question

[ Alen , tell me what the average's person and most strong person stats in this world ]

[ master , according to my previous scan of the planet an common adult male has average stats of 20 on each specs but a knight can have up to 1000 average stats and secluded powerhouse of the powerful aristocrat family , empire or kingdom of this planet has average stats of 2 lakh but they had retracted themselves from the worldly matter and only appear when there family or kingdom in blink of extinction ]

After hearing this, I roughly estimate the strength of the people of this planet as 2 lakh average stats is abnormally high , which I am able to guess as I had read many cultivation or other novel in my past life as with this stats in cultivation realm they will be pseudo immortal rank cultivator . But these are knowledge of the novel so I have to conform it in this world but rather that, these so called powerhouses do not pose any threat to me, so i have decided what stats and special power should i give to my first creation ,as I stated to think about the future a wide grin occur on my face, as the power i will be giving to them will shake the power balance of this world when they will make there first appearance, as by there merey presence will be enough to a whole county to go on there knees .
