CHAPTER 25  

John looked at the members of his world union had come. He looked at the forty-three members and decided to start the war. He looked at them and spoke, "I want the world under me soon."

King of York spoke, "President, there are savages in those lands and there are pagans there too. They do not understand the power of you and even if we defeat them, we cannot have them under me."

King of Noir spoke, "Even if we replace the nobles and take over the nation, the problem remains that they will not have faith towards you and they will not listen to you in heart and they will keep fighting,"

King of Sparta scoffed at the weaklings who did not believe in power but believed more in politics and said, "We can start the battle of faith and culture by educating the children. There will be many more traitors among them who will be more interested in having more power and money. It will not be hard."

Queen of Terra spoke, "That is problematic as the President wants the world under him sooner rather than later. It will take at least two generations to take over their culture."

King of Sparta said, "We can conquer the lands first and then take care of the problems of the commoners. We can then teach them."

King of York spoke, "You all are foolish. The best method is to scare them and break their spines."

John sighed at the problems. It was indeed hard to let an alien be their king. John sighed and looked at them. They were indeed cute to surrender to him. He thought and said, "You can divide the areas and directly attack the lands and take them under you. You can have them as a subordinate nation and you are allowed to manage it as a colony. You are allowed to take the tax up to sixty percent but you are not allowed to separate the different families. You can decided the war."

The king of Yeti spoke, "It would be easy to do it and with the items that your excellency has released it would be easy to have their commoners and nobles come under us. We can even have them under us."

The king of York spoke, "How can you assure that they will not rebel?"

The king of Sparta spoke, "Why are you given such weapons? If you are scared you can sleep in the mecha."

The butler at the side spoke up, "May I speak up your excellency."

John looked at him and said, "What right do you have to speak here?"

The king of Yeti stood up and said, "He is my son your excellency and I would like to request to give him a chance to speak"

The king of York stood up and said, "The President is the rule."

John looked at them and said, "He is allowed to speak but if what he speaks is not something that is useful here or is a constructive statement towards our goal, he will be executed to death. It is indeed true that the higher the risk, the possibility of award is higher but if you are going to break the rule to get higher reward then you should be willing to die when you fail. You can speak."

The butler had a calm face and he came to the mike. Different headphones had different languages as per the person wearing it. John knew all the languages and he did not need any headset. He sighed and looked at him. He expected the butler to ask for some money or better weapons after he makes him have a positive attitude for him. It seemed that the young man had wanted something much more better things. John looked at him the butler started speaking, "I am henry. I would like to say that it is indeed hard to take care of the other continents as they are strong in their own culture. The landforms and different environments give rise to their own culture. Just like us Yeti have our own culture due to living in the cold regions, each region has its own culture. We can take care of them by destroying their army and taking down their nobles. I will be creating a unified jurisdiction of citizenship. The nobles will be first class citizens, the special class citizens would be the kings or beings equivalent to king and the second class is just a knight and the third class are ordinary citizen. All of you have to register and each class will have their own rights. I will also be creating a unified police force that will check the situation in the world and an a juridical court that will be listening to the problem and it will have power over the nobles and kings and power to rule over them if they break the rules."

The king of Sparta stood up and said, "You said that we will be having sovereignty."

John made him sit forcibly and said, "I will rule this world and this method is much better to rule this world. Know that you still have the status of nobles and royals and I have not stropped it although it would have been easy to do so. Centralization is more conductive to make the world unified. I will make it so. Since you are the first ones to join me, you will have more authority. The nobles and royals of other continent will have one less level so that you do not need to worry about your authorities. You can take over the nation. I have just decided the basic rules and you can decide your laws based on those. You can decided the problems and issued within your kingdom within your kingdom and the ones between the kingdoms or the bigger ones will be taken care by the organization above you. Is there anything more to say?"

The king of Sparta asked, "Are you not afraid of rebellion from our side?"

John said in a serious manner, "I will be the king of the world even if what it takes me is to be the only living human being on this planet. I will slaughter each one of you."

The kings had fear but they could not show it. John looked at them and spoke, "I have said the basic laws and you should understand where my bottom line is and what I can accept. You can write the laws of your country and submit it to me. you can also suggest the world laws if you want some new laws introduced and I will look into them if needed. You can discuss here. I am leaving here."

John stood up to leave and all the kings and ministers with them stood up. John looked at Henry ands spoke, "Follow me."

John walked through the main door and Henry followed him.
