I Thank Him- Prologue

When I was younger my mom always told me to be quite, listen and be slow to speak. She told me if I didn't shut up that I would be switched and sent out of the room. She was a good mom. One who taught me right and by the truth. I'm thankful.

Sitting at my living room table I play around strumming on a guitar I picked up a few years before. I wasn't the best singer there was. In fact I was pretty terrible at it along with my singing. But I did it with all my heart each time I sung. No matter how weak I felt after.

It was a true joy in my heart to be able to praise my God. "I THANK YOU HOL..." That's why when I heard a knock at the door interrupting my song, I was immediately extremely annoyed. Putting my anger aside I put down my guitar and yelled. "Go ahead and leave it there. I grab it later." And true to my words I was outside picking up my new gaming console for the full Vr game Celebrity Online.

I liked the thought of being able to spend more time on my music within the world thanks to the eight hour difference factor that occurred with the game, where one hour in reality is equal to eight in game. I would also try submitting a couple songs and see what people think. I was curious what my skill level was compared to others. I was only human after all.

Sides, it would be fun hearing other christian songs that I might not have heard of before during any challenges. Besides that if I ever needed a break the game also had other ways of playing including art, cooking, playing sports, and even combat and other games within this main game including a couple RPG's. It's why this game was the official game for the full Vr console.

Taking my spoils the delivery man dropped of I set up the game system for later in the day. Unfortunately for now I had to go to work. I would have to work as a cashier for Cashnaw. A supermarket chain. What I wouldn't give to just be able to focus on my music.
