Ryan woke up at 7 AM and went towards Steven's room. He saw that he had woken up too. They started to review their plans again. Some people started to become competent and listened to Ryan's plans.

But the majority of people took the side of a man named Keith. Ryan and Steven didn't care because they need competent members, not members who will topple their plans upside down. Keith tried to force Ryan to submit but failed miserably. He decided to wait until the first wave was over.

Soon Ryan and Steven started to send drones to check whether the wave is starting or not.

"Ryan, do you think the intel was wrong? It will be midday soon but the wave has not approached us yet," asked Steven.

"No, it's not. I asked Lt. Ronald when I submitted our status right now. The other groups are facing the waves except for a few others including us" said Ryan.

Just then they heard a roar. They went towards the drones to see Gyardos accompanied by many Pokemons. There was also a group of Onix.

"Steven into the position," Ryan shouted as both of them bolted towards the walls of the main door.

Ryan and Steven both sent all of their Pokemon. Ryan had Incineroar, Metang, Crobat, Pikachu, Kirlia, Magmortar, Dreepy, and Seismitoad.

Ryan thanked his lucky stars for Magmortor given by Marco. It has Grass type move and Electric Type move.

Magmortor and Seismitoad went in front of the Main Gates acting like vanguards there. While Pikachu took on the role of a Ranged attacker along with Dreepy and Crobat since they have low health. He cannot afford to faint his pokemon here or else they may get devoured by the wild pokemon.

Incineroar stood beside Ryan along with Metang. Steven sent out his pokemons Skarmory, Aggron, Claydol, Steelix, Bastiodon.

Bastiodon being a tank went towards Magmortor and Seismitoad to act as tank so its partner can attack the pokemon. Skarmory and Claydol took the role of Ariel forces. Aggron stood by Steven's side.

'He must not have a full team due to me taking away his Metagross' thought Ryan. However he would be getting an Armaldo and Cradilly soon afterwards. He can use Steelix instead of Metagross though Steelix Special attack and defense are quite low.

Steelix had burrowed itself into the ground to use the terrain to its andvantage and take care of the pokemon by taking them by surprise.

Soon the battle commenced Magmortar set up sunny day and started using Solar beams while Pikachu started to use ThunderBolt and Thunder. Though the opposing pokemon retaliated with their own ranged moves Claydol's 3 layered Lightscreen along with the Reflect made the quite ineffective.

Both the Physical and Special moves where now barely damaging Ryan's and Steven's Pokemon. Seismitoad started to go on the offensive along with Crobat using Hit and Run tactics enraging the Gyarados which now thrashed around making its allies angry.

Soon an internal battle started and the pokemon started to take each other out. With some additional attacks from Steven's and Ryan's pokemon were enough to finish of the pokemons. Ryan was now really wanting to see his pokemon's stats.

His pokemon's Aura had seemed to boosted up by a large margin. This can only mean one thing. His pokemons have broke through the the Elite level. He saved his enthusiasm for later since he was still in the battlefield.

If things were to go smoothly like this, they can esiky withstand the wave.

"You feel it too right?" asked Steven.

"Yes, the wave is way too weak for 5 star threat level" said Ryan.

As both of them were chatting they heard the sounds of vehicles. They that the reinforcements have come. Steven and Ryan released a relived sigh. They saw Lt. Ronald coming. They then proceeded to go towards Lt. Ronald.

"Sir?" Steven asked.

"What is it?" Lt. Ronald asked.

"Sir about today's statistics. . ." Ryan started to question the Lieutenant to know about their status.

Soon Ryan and Steven came to know that the waves that came on the other camps were strong and hit the groups pretty hard.

'Our group is the only one which was not affected much' thought Ryan.

"Ryan I have a bad feeling about this" said Steven.

Ryan only nodded as he started to think. He had not felt something like this in a long time. The last time was the Mega Beedrill incident.

The next few days was the same a lot of Water type pokemon started to attack along with few Rock and Steel typed pokemon. Steven had a hard time killing the Steel types considering he was a Steel type specialist himself.

Soon the pokemon started to attack at night too.

"Lt. Ronald. . ." Ryan trailed off not wanting to cross the limit.

"So you noticed it huh. . . Its exactly like what you are thinking. They are trying to were us down." Lt replied.

'I see by attacking at the night by their natural predator instincts they will slowly were us down making it easy for them to crush us at one go.' thought.

"Lt. Ronald, I may be overstepping my boundaries but can you please bring in more reinforcements. According to some other places the waves have stopped. They are coming at full pace here" Ryan said.

Lt. Ronald glared Ryan. "Kid if you have a bad feeling in your gut just tell it out loud. War veterans like us very well know about something like that." he said as he went to contact the headquarters.

The next day Ryan saw many people who had sleepy eyes. He could tell that they were tired at one glance. Their eyes were bloodshot.

That's when he heard it. An ear deafening roar.
