EPISODE 90: Tres!***

On the top of the tower is an old man meditating. He wears the outfit of a kimono and does not dare to open our eyes despite our presence. This must be one of those elder shenanigans with the whole "I sold my life to the mirage" kind of thingy.

"So, you've come here to claim Moltres?" The Elder asks while continuing to meditate.

"Yes, we have. Are you going to fight us like what your brother and sister did?" Virgo answers and questions back.

"Ah, I see. You're the people belonging to Team Rocket. Has your leader sent you here?"

"Our leaders. Giovanni is not of ours anymore." I reply, correcting the Elder's words.

"I see. If you want Moltres then you must obtain the other two first."

"The two mirages? They're gone, they've been captured by the opposers." Virgo replies back.

"Opposers? Go ahead, have the mirage. Tap its chamber and it shall be awakened. Capture it, and do what you must."

We are shocked by the man's words. Never did we expect that he'll be willing to sacrifice the Pokemon to us on purpose. I mean, he knows we're an organization whom the world calls evil but why does he let us without even paying with a single drop of sweat?

"There is no worth in fighting. The fabric of harmony has been cut. Whoever your enemies are, they have no idea what they've brought unto this world of ours. I am aware the two of you have heard the legend am I correct?

Disturb not the harmony of ice, fire, or lightning, lest these titans wreak destruction upon the world in which they clash. Though the sea's great guardian shall arise to quell the fighting, on the palm of evil it shall fail thus the Earth shall turn to dust.

"I do not understand anything," Virgo says in perplexity making the old man laugh.

"They're hard to comprehend but once it takes place you will see. Anyway, go! Have the bird. I do not wish to have a conflict with the two of you. That bell of your young lady, take care of it, that belongs to me."

"Y... You're the man from the illustration! Back in the Cave of Gold aren't you?!"

"Indeed I am."

"What were you doing with the wing? What is the purpose of the bell?"

"What bell are you talking about Luna?!" Virgo asks, not understanding a single thing from this conversation of mine with the elder.

"You see, when I was suspended I did a little detour and went to this cave known as the Cave of Gold. I found this bell with the help of Kris and she decided to give it to me instead. Don't tell her I told you this." I finally reveal the truth, taking the bell off my pocket. It was a shock that the man noticed I have the bell even if he does not see it.

"That is yours to find out. I do not want to ruin your moment. I want you to feel what I've felt when I was experiencing the very same moment. Go now and take the bird, your enemies are just behind you." Elder Tres says. We were shocked and we tilt our head behind, seeing Ebony and Emily.

She is not the only one, however. Escorting Ebony and Emily is their mother, the leader of their whole fleet, Lilith. With Lilith is the famous professor of the Rebirth Society, Professor Violet. Above, the skies turn dim and we first thought this was because of an upcoming storm however we were proven wrong.

Their mother-ship makes a visible appearance, astounding us in the process to the point we can't take our eyes off on how it looks under a visible state. From the ground, I can hear the noises of gears and machinery moving. I bite my lips, my body experiences a quake of its own, and a river flows throughout my pale skin.

Two is against four seems like an uneven match. Me and Virgo are in total panic. By now, we are in need of assistance from headquarters but this volcano does not offer any signal. I'm afraid we must do this alone as long as we trust our Pokemon.

"Luna Evergreen! Glad to see you. The last time we met you didn't even dare to bid goodbye." Lilith says sarcastically walking towards me.

"Why are you here?!" I query angrily, blocking Virgo from the four of them.

"Oh, you know mothers. Safety is necessary for my daughters. Snow is fine, electricity? Hmm, I can deal with that. But never will I risk my darlings to burn on a pool of lava. That is too much for a mother like me. Such a pity, you should have accepted my offer.

Anyhow, hand us Moltres and I will let you go. Simple as that. I'm a person who is easy to talk with. If you give us the mirage then I won't inflict a single damage. I won't force you too since I know your rights." She says, somehow in a sarcastic manner.
