CHAPTER 33 – HEAL AND BATTLE VS ERIKA (Fixed)

In the previous chapter we see how Ash and the girls, travel, along with Wendy, to the Galar region to get the Shiinotic poison that would save the life of Erika's mother and Wendy, however, they learn that the Shiinotic of Galar are in hibernation so it would be impossible to find them, luckily for them, the Gym Leader of the village, has a Shiinotic but would only give it to her if they won it in a battle with a Pokémon that she qualified as a monkey, however, none of the Pokémon of our heroes satisfies Sally, so, as a last option she takes out Mew, which impressed Sally so much that she gave her some Dynamax bracelets, as well as giving him Shiinotic's poison after a victory against Sally.

With Ash.

After winning the battle against Sally and getting the poison we had come for, we headed back to the Pokémon Center to rest, unfortunately we ended up quite late and would not arrive in time to catch the last plane.

So, after Wendy informed Erika of everything that happened, we decided to take a break at the Pokémon Center.

"How about, they got what they were looking for?" – Nurse Joy asked us when she saw us.

"Yes, and thank you very much for the information, thanks to you, we were able to find a way to get the poison" – I thanked.

"You're welcome, but I just reported, I didn't say too much" - she said.

After we all thanked him for his help, we sat down to a delicious dinner.

"By the way, although my sister will tell you tomorrow, thank you so much for helping us save our mother" - Wendy said as we ate dinner.

"It's nothing, besides this trip is also pleasant" – I smiled.

"And we got some unexpected gifts" - Verity said, showing her bracelet.

"I'm glad, anyway, you impressed me, you didn't tell me you had a Mew" - Wendy said.

"Let's say a lot of things happened, but for now, it will be a secret between us, people can't know I have a Mew, at the moment" - I explained.

"Why, isn't it a strong and a very rare Pokémon, why not show him?" – Wendy asked without understanding.

"Because we are still too weak to face the dangers that come with it, you see, Mew is a Pokémon coveted by many and some people and even organizations would not hesitate to come after me if they discover that I possess a Mew, so until I have the power, I will not reveal that I have a Mew" - I explained.

"It's a bad thing you can't take your partner out for fear that people like that will try to steal it from you..." – Wendy said angrily.

"Don't worry, Mew also knows that many people covet his strength and don't mind waiting for him to be a little stronger" - I said.

"It's still sad..." – Wendy said.

But Nancy interrupted.

"Anyway, let's leave those sad things and enjoy the rest of the day and this amazing meal!" – he exclaimed.

We all nodded and enjoyed a nice evening, then in the room we fed our Pokémon, this time we preferred that they had dinner together so that Mew and Shaymin did not feel alone, luckily, with me, Nancy, Verity and Koharu, the room was at the limit of its capacity, so Wendy had to sleep in a separate room, The good thing is that, apparently and thanks to the fact that she would start her adventure in a month, she already had a coach license, so she could also enjoy the room for free.

As I said before, the food had to be paid for, but the accommodation did not, what does not make sense? I don't make the rules, I just follow them, the Indigo League is responsible for all this.

That said, after a few kisses, we fell asleep.

The next morning.

We got up early, about 8:00 in the morning, the plane left at 10:30 so we had two and a half hours to get dressed, shower, have breakfast and leave, and sure enough that happened in 30 minutes.

As we crossed the forest, we called a taxi since the village was near the exit of the forest, it did not take long to arrive, where the taxi was waiting.

The taxi dropped us off directly at the airport, and, since we had no luggage other than our backpacks, we went straight to our boarding gate.

The trip went smoothly, only this time the sites next to me were occupied by Koharu and Wendy, who seemed to stick to me on purpose.

"Aren't you too close?" - I asked curiously.

"Do I bother you?" – she asked me.

"It's not that" – I denied.

"Well, then all right" - she smiled.

And that's how I lost against her, I'm not dense, it's clear that she's starting to feel something for me, but I wouldn't accept her feelings even if I confessed them. No, it's just that now she's being moved by her gratitude to me for getting the poison that will save her, I'm afraid they're not authentic feelings, at least not for now, so I wouldn't accept her.

Obviously I want a harem, which I already have, but to add more I would have to fall in love with them and that they are with me, I will not accept women that I do not like no matter how beautiful they are, that is my rule, in addition, that now Nancy is the one who takes care of that, Or at least that was his condition, obviously my opinion influences, but if they do not give the go-ahead we are going badly.

After an uneventful trip, we headed straight to Celadon, straight to Erika's house, who was eagerly waiting outside.

"Welcome, come in" - Erika said with a smile.

But she looked quite nervous.

"First of all, take sister" – said Wendy taking out the vial.

"Thank you, let's go then" – said Erika picking up the vial as if it were diamond.

Then, we went to a specific room, there, in bed lay a person of about 60 years or so, she was asleep and very emaciated, besides she was also sweating, she had white hair and a Kimono like Erika, but this was green, but apart from that, she looked very thin.

"This is my mother, Noriko, when she wakes up I will do the presentations" – said Erika nervously.

"Don't worry about it, heal her" - I said.

Erika nodded, Wendy carefully incorporated her mother while Erika unclogged the vial.

"Are you sure it just happens like that?" – Nancy asked me.

"No idea, I guess so" - I said with a shrug.

"Mother please, drink, this will heal you" - Erika said as she poured the liquid into her mouth.

Noriko swallowed the liquid, and at first nothing happened, but less than a minute later, which seemed like 5 hours, the mother opened her eyes.

"Mama!" – said Erika and Wendy hugging their mother carefully.

"My girls, my precious daughters" - Noriko said in tears.

They stuck like this for a few minutes while we watched the scene with a smile, the girls even cried a little, I must admit that a tear escaped me too.

Minutes later, Erika, Wendy and their mother separated.

"Who are these young men?" - asked Noriko curiously.

"Mother, they are Ash, Pikachu, Nancy, Verity and Koharu, they went to Galar and got the poison to save you" - Erika explained.

The mother smiled and bowed a little.

"Thank you very much for everything, despite not knowing us you took so much trouble to help me" – Noriko said very gratefully.

"It's nothing, please, it's weak, it shouldn't bow" – I said without giving it any importance.

"Wow, a handsome and kind young man, I wish you could be my son-in-law, are you interested?" he asked while smiling.

"Mom, please!" - said Erika with a blush.

Wendy also blushed, but said nothing.

The girls hugged my arms and back.

"I'm sorry, but it's already busy" – Nancy smiled.

Erika and Wendy were shocked, but Noriko didn't seem surprised by this statement.

"Then even better, he will have no qualms about accepting more" – he smiled.

"Mom!" - said Erika.

"Hahaha, just kidding, you'll clarify that between you, I won't get involved in youth affairs" – laughed Noriko.

After that, we chatted for a while and then decided to leave mother and daughters alone to enjoy.

"Wait a minute" - Erika suddenly said as we walked out the door.

"Is something wrong?" – I asked.

"It was just to tell you that tomorrow you can come to the gym" - said Erika.

"Are you sure? We hear that it is better that he rests for a few days, we can come back then" - Nancy said.

"Don't worry about it, Wendy will take mother out for a walk in a wheelchair, so the air will give her for a while, which always comes in handy, especially if you were in bed for so long" - she explained.

I see, I guess it makes sense and as long as I'm in a wheelchair and I don't have to make any kind of effort, I don't see why I can't get out a couple of hours to get out of the air.

After that, we went straight to the Mall, it was early so there was plenty of time to enjoy a great day of shopping.

I will not bore you with absurdly long explanations, the Shopping Center was certainly huge and possessed not only shops of all kinds, but also restaurants, bars and even a fairly large cinema.

As for shopping, the girls didn't buy too much, they wanted to do, but they had no place to do it, so they simply bought a change of clothes plus some small accessories and a Moonstone so that Nancy could evolve into her Nidorina in Nidoqueen.

Now, let's talk about the strategy that I will use to Erika because there are some problems, the first, I can not use Mew yet and the second that using Charizard would make the fight end in a seen and not seen and I do not want that, in the Indigo League it will not be easy to beat coaches who, like me, they have achieved the 8 medals, they can also be prepared, so playing it safe will prevent me from improving, so I have decided to use Sprigatito, Pikachu and Phione, I know some would say things like 'why put yourself at a disadvantage if you have a Charizard who can do all the work' because easy, this is not a video game, but real life, in a video game it was possible to spend the game with one or two Pokémon, but here it is not possible, that is why to improve I need to put myself in complicated situations, so I can increase my level as a trainer and what better way to improve than to face Erika being at a disadvantage of types, well, Pikachu is at a less disadvantage but Sprigatito and Phione are not, but for them I have a strategy.

Since I had already planned this for weeks, I taught both Pokémon attacks that can help me significantly, do you think the two weeks I was with Koharu I wasted? Well, no, I also trained like the girls, also hopefully, Sprigatito will evolve, it's time for him to do it since he is behind my other Pokémon and I am not like the original Ash who went to the League with a Squirtle and a Bulbasaur, I want to have Meowscarada for the Indigo League yes or yes, Therefore, putting myself in this type of situation will not only help me as a trainer but also help my Pokémon improve and adapt to difficult situations.

And one more thing, I'm also thinking about catching the other initials of Kanto to have an endorsement in the Pokémon League, the problem is that I don't know where to find them, the only thing I found out after an internet search is that apparently there were some copies in the Safari Zone but they were very rare to see, so when I get there, I'll try to catch them, after all even Ash had spare Pokémon like Muk, Kingler, and Tauros, so I thought I should also have some reserve ones so as not to tire my main Pokémon in my preliminary battles, but we'll see how events unfold.

That said, and after a day of fun, we went to sleep since tomorrow would be our gym battle, our battle to get the 4th Gym Badge and be one step closer to the Indigo League.
