CHAPTER 140 – UXIE, MESPRIT AND AZELF

In the previous chapter we see how our heroes attend the meeting where Cyrus, leader of Team Galaxy explains his goal which turns out to be much more worrying than they thought, it turns out that Cyrus wanted to create a new universe, without imperfections but before he needs to destroy the universe in which our heroes lived, after listening his plans, our heroes are more motivated than ever to thwart their plans but to do that, they need to find out what's in the lab.

With Ash.

"Mew, down a floor there is a kind of green circle that is used to teleport people, we need you to watch that circle for a few hours to determine what time of day there are no people so we can infiltrate and find out what Cyrus, their leader, is plotting, we need your invisibility" – I said explaining to Mew the plan.

"Mew mi" - Mew nodded.

"Ok, come on, I'll open the door for you, if by chance there is a time when there is no one you can call us because we will go today" – I said.

Then I opened the door and Mew became invisible.

"Now we just have to wait" - Juliana said.

"That's right, I just hope we can infiltrate today, I don't want to spend another minute in a place like this" - Selene said.

"That's right, after hearing that Cyrus's plans I started to feel uncomfortable in this place" - Courtney nodded.

"Let's trust Mew" - I said.

They all nodded.

Many hours later.

We spent the next few hours watching TV, we were so nervous that we didn't even get hungry so we decided to stay and wait for Mew to return, the problem is that it was 3 in the morning and there was still no news from Mew.

"Should we go get him? It's too late" - Selene said.

"I'm worried" - Courtney nodded.

"Could it be that he has been catch and we are here so calm?" - asked Juliana.

"Don't worry, just like Latias, Mew can use her psychic powers to contact me, so if something bad happens she'll contact me" - I said, trying to calm the girls down.

The girls nodded but just when I was going to suggest that we continue watching TV, I felt a kind of electric shock in my head, it was not painful, it is simply a kind of stimulus but it is just what I expected, it is her signal.

"We have to go girls, Mew just got in touch with me, let's go Pikachu wakes up" – I said picking Pikachu from the bed.

Pikachu woke up and immediately climbed onto my shoulder as was normal.

Hearing me, the girls quickly stood up and quietly left the room.

It was all dark and almost nothing could be seen, only a few dim lights illuminated the place, but they were only powerful enough to slightly illuminate the ground.

*Note: they will speak in a whisper until I tell them.

"I can't see anything" - Selene said.

"Girls, I know you don't see too much but it's necessary that we don't make too much noise, although Mew warned us that there was no one where the portal is, it doesn't mean there aren't people on the way to it" - I said.

"You're right, we'd better be careful and not run into anyone" - Juliana nodded.

Luckily we didn't run into anyone and were able to reach the portal safely, where Mew became visible again and approached me with a smile.

"You've done an excellent job Mew, sleep for a while in your Pokéball, you deserve it" – I said returning Mew to his Pokéball.

"Well, it's time girls, who's going first?" – I asked.

"I'll go first master" - Courtney said.

"No, I'll go" - Selene said.

"I'd better do it first" - Juliana denied.

"I'll go and Pikachu too so if there's someone on the other side we can knock them out" - I said with a sigh.

The girls had no choice but to accept my words, so bravely we both went to the portal and as soon as we set foot in it, a light enveloped us and we disappeared from the place.

Somewhere else.

When I opened my eyes I could see that I was in a completely different place, it was what seemed to be a huge warehouse but it was full of tables and on top of them there were several strange devices.

"No doubt that this is a laboratory" - I said, looking toward Pikachu.

Just then, Selene teleported followed by Courtney and finally Juliana.

"This is huge" - Selene said as she stood beside me.

"How is it possible that there is something so huge, where did they get so much space?" – asked Juliana.

"Most likely, we're not even inside the building, he probably teleported us somewhere else" -  Courtney said.

"Courtney is right, for the moment let's keep walking" – I nodded.

But suddenly, someone came.

"Who are you?! This is a restricted area, immediately return to your rooms or I will inform to the boss!" – said the man.

It was what appeared to be a simple recruit who had already taken out his Pokéball.

"Use Quick attack and knock him out Pikachu!" – I said.

In a swift move Pikachu knocked the guard down and caused him to crash to the floor fainting in the process.

Then Pikachu came back to us.

"Let's continue, we have to find out what they are up to" – I said without giving much importance to the guard.

The girls nodded and we started walking but we didn't have to walk much because suddenly we saw a huge machine rising before us.

It was a kind of giant computer, however, from it came what appeared to be huge water tanks, but surely it was not water but another kind of rare liquid.

"Look, in the tanks, there is something!" – said Juliana.

We all stared and realized that there were three figures standing in the tanks with their eyes closed.

We quickly approached and saw that they were not people...

"They're Pokémon!" - said Selene.

More specifically they were the Legendary Pokémon, Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf, damn it, they have already catch them.

"We have to release them!" – Selene said immediately.

"Wait, we can't do it yet, if we do we will alert the entire base!" - said Courtney.

"Do you want us to leave them there?" - asked Juliana.

"No, I didn't say that, just wait for me to copy the information stored on the computer, then we'll release them and leave" - Courtney said.

"Do it quickly Courtney, we don't know if we've been tracked down yet" – I said somewhat nervously.

Courtney nodded and took out her USB, then inserted it into the computer slot and started typing enormously fast.

"It's amazing there are many terabytes of information, my USB only has 5 Terabytes, I thought that this would be enough, I never imagined there would be so much information!" – said Courtney.

"How much can you copy with 5 Terabytes?" – I asked curiously.

"Almost 70% of all information but it will take time" - Courtney replied.

"Don't worry, if someone comes we will stop him, Skeledirge I choose you" – said Juliana.

And a Skeledirge came out of his Pokéball.

"Pikachu you also be attentive" – I said.

"Pika pi" – Pikachu nodded in front.

"Litten we need you" - said Selene.

And Litten also took the lead.

An hour later.

Courtney kept copying the information relentlessly while the 6 of us were on the lookout in case anyone was coming, but thanks to Arceus no one showed up at this time.

"How much do you have left, Courtney?" - I asked.

"68, 69, 70, that's it, let's destroy the tanks!" - said Courtney.

Then she saved the USB and took out a Pokéball.

"Skarmory I choose you!" - said Courtney.

And her Skarmory came out of her Pokéball.

"We'll go tank by tank, we'll go first to the one that contains Uxie" - I said.

The girls nodded.

"Pikachu use Iron Tail against the tank!"

"Skeledirge use Flamethrower!"

"Litten use Ember!"

"Skarmory use Air Slash!

The 4 attacks were directed at the tank and when they impacted they destroyed it completely causing Uxie to fall to the ground, but luckily I was able to catch him in time.

However, the expected happened, an alarm sounded and surely alerted many people in the process.

"The alarm has been activated, fast, let's destroy the remaining tanks and rescue the Pokémon!" – Juliana said somewhat nervously.

We all nodded and destroyed the tanks right after.

I had the three Pokémon in my arms that surprisingly weighed quite little.

"Ash you can't hold them all the time, people will start coming!" – said Selene.

"And what do I do?" – I asked confused.

"Selene is right, they will hinder the escape!" – Juliana nodded.

"Master I recommend you catch them to carry them more comfortably, then you can release them!" – said Courtney.

"Good idea, that way it will be more comfortable!" – I nodded.

Then I took three Pokéball out of my pocket and catch the three, then I will simply release them so they can return to their natural habitat, for now it will be easier to transport them, in addition the Pokéball have healing properties and can help them recover slightly from their injuries while we go to the Pokémon Center.

"Let's get out of here!" - said Juliana.

But at that time...

"Not even Arceus can leave for this place!" - said a voice.

When you looked at who he was, it was Mars and a very old person with a pointed nose and a lab coat above the Team Galaxy uniform, his name was Charon if I remember correctly.

"I don't know who are you but you won't leave here without giving us those Pokémon!" - said Mars.

"Mars, we have to get all three back, they are extremely important, we can't let them take them away!" – Charon said.

"Shut up old man, I know what I should do, Purugly, I choose you!" – said Mars.

Then came out his Purugly ready to battle.

"Don't just stand there and take out your Pokémon! What don't you see there 4 Pokémon or are you blind damn old man?" – said Mars.

"Now, calm down don't yell at me, Magneton I'll choose you!" – said Charon.

"What, where's your Magnezone?" - asked Mars.

"I forgot in such a hurry!" – said Charon.

"Fucking old man's mess, anyway, we don't need to, Purugly uses Flamethrower!"

"Magneton use Thunderbolt!"

The attack finally started, but this battle will be easy enough.

"Pikachu use Thunderbolt against the Magneton!"

"Litten helps Pikachu with Ember!"

"Skeledirge use Flamethrower against Purugly!"

"Skarmory boosts the power of his Flamethrower with Air Slash!"

At first I thought it would be something difficult but it was super easy, our attacks completely destroyed those of our enemies and impacted them weakening them.

"Damn, they're stronger than I thought!" - said Mars angrily.

"Quick, get your Crobat out!" – said Charon.

"Damn, in the rush I didn't bring any more Pokémon!" – cursed Mars.

"What and you reproach me? What courage you have!" – Charon said angrily.

"It doesn't matter, reinforcements are on the way, you won't be able to escape this place" - Mars smiled.

"And who said we can't escape? Gardevoir I choose you!" - said Courtney.

So far Courtney showed three Pokémon being one of them Skarmory, Camerupt, Gastrodon and Gardevoir as her last Pokémon.

"Haha, more than 30 people are coming to catch you among other powerful people! do you think a measly Gardevoir can beat them all?" – laughed Charon.

"We don't need to battle, Gardevoir use Teleport and transport us all to the place where I taught you before!" – Courtney said.

Great, good strategy!" - I said.

"No, damn it!" - said Mars.

They tried to go towards us, but suddenly a light enveloped us all, humans and Pokémon and we vanished from the place.

In the Pokémon Center.

When I was able to get my sight back in, I realized I was in the room at the Pokémon Center where we were with Looker almost two days ago.

Looking around we saw Looker chatting with a man, but when we were going to say something, they both noticed our presence and were shocked.
