CHAPTER 123 – MALLOW AND LANA

In the previous chapter we see how our heroes see Professor Kukui's house in addition to his new rooms, after that, everyone enjoys a pleasant day until Professor Burnet arrives, Professor Kukui's wife who turned out to be just as good a person as Professor Kukui, so, after a nice dinner is time to go to sleep but not before Ash's Pokémon can enjoy the Alola region.

All my Pokémon came out of their Pokéball, namely Manaphy, Charizard, Meowscarada, Mew, Meloetta, Cyndaquil, Lopunny, Beautifly and even Eevee who together with Pikachu next to me and Latias in human form made a total of 11 Pokémon, a good amount.

"Wow, what a lot of Pokémon!" - the professor Burnet exclaimed.

"Yes, both legendary and mythical... wait a minute, didn't you have a Latias?" – asked the professor.

It is normal that they realized, at first I planned to lie to them but I changed my mind, they are very good people and i don't want to lie them.

"Latias is right here" – I said with a smile.

"Where?" - asked Lillie startled.

"It's next to Professor Burnet" - I replied.

Everyone looked but the only thing they could see was Bianca.

"Here is only Bianca" – said the professor.

"Exactly, Latias can transform into a human!" - said Molly.

"So, why don't you show them?" – I nodded.

Latias nodded and adopted her true form as Pokémon.

"Wow, I already knew that Latios and Latias could become invisible! But can they also transform into humans? What an impressive discovery!" – exclaimed Professor Kukui.

"Unbelievable..." – Lillie nodded.

"The truth is that I am impressed" – Professor Burnet nodded.

"Yes..." - nodded Selene.

The four of them were amazed at this but now that Professor Kukui mentions it, can Latios transform into human form? I never saw Latios take human form and in the anime he was not mentioned and in the video games was same which makes me wonder, if my Latias special or can all Latios and Latias transform into humans? You should check this with Bianca and her grandfather.

"Yes, but I wish you wouldn't tell this to anyone" - I nodded.

"Obviously, since you trust us so much as to tell us your secret logically we will not tell it" – nodded the professor.

"That's right, this will be our secret" – nodded the professor Burnet.

"I won't say a word about this" - Lillie nodded.

"Me too, i won't say anything about i saw here" - nodded Selene as well.

"All right and now I'll tell my Pokémon something and we can go to sleep" - I said with a smile.

Everyone nodded.

"Guys, I know you like this garden but I need to tell you something important" - I said.

Everyone gathered together.

"As you can see we are now in Alola and Professor Kukui and his wife have been very kind to let us stay in their house so you can stay in this huge garden as much as you want" - I began to explain.

"Ash, those who want to sleep at home can do it too, they can sleep in a room" – said the professor.

"You have heard, you can sleep at home or in the garden, you decide, those who want to sleep here can go and find a place and those who want to stay in the home can come with me" – I said.

Upon hearing this those who wanted to sleep in the garden gave me a smile and went to find a place of their liking, the Pokémon who decided to sleep in the garden were Charizard, Lopunny, Eevee, Cyndaquil, Meowscarada and Beautifly while Pikachu, Manaphy, Mew, Meloetta and Latias decided to stay in the house, it was actually a good decision on their part, the ones that stayed are small Pokémon and Latias can transform into a human, so we all fit in my room.

"Perfect, let's go to sleep, good night guys" – I said.

And then we all went inside.

"I'm sorry to say goodbye so abruptly to everyone but I'm sleepy so if you don't mind I'll go to sleep" - Selene said.

"Good night" – we said.

"I'll go to sleep too, tomorrow there's school after all" - Lillie said.

"Brother, we must go to sleep too, you have to work tomorrow" - Molly said.

"You're right, I'm going to sleep too, good night, let's go guys" – I nodded.

Then we left.

"It looks like this is going to be a very lively year" - the professor said with a smile.

"Yes, it's going to be a very good year, I can sense it" - the professor Burnet nodded.

Then she rubbed her stomach and nodded.

Although of course I didn't hear any of that.

The next morning.

The morning routine did not change even in Alola, the only difference was that now we were not the same as always but even breakfast was similar.

So after showering, getting dressed and having breakfast, Professor Kukui, me, Selene, Molly and Lillie along with Latias and Pikachu headed to the Summer Academy,

As for my Pokémon basically came with me Pikachu, Latias, Lopunny, Manaphy, Mew and Meloetta, the rest stayed in the garden enjoying the beautiful day.

"Are you nervous?" - asked the professor as we walked.

That's right, the Academy was pretty close to home, only a 10-minute walk away so you can walk there.

"A little bit" – I nodded.

"Me too" - said Selene.

"Hahaha, it's normal but don't worry, they're all good guys and you'll lose those nerves in no time" - the professor said with a smile.

"That's right, they're all good guys, you'll see" - Lillie nodded.

"I know but i'm still nervous" - said Selene.

Actually, I know that there're no reason to be nervous... but I am still nervous to meet them in real life, there are no other reasons, after having a battle in front of millions of people in the Indigo League, a teaching job with so few students could not make me nervous.

"To tell you the truth I never made friends and I don't know if they will accept me" - Selene admitted.

"You don't have to worry about that, you will be friends them today, I assure you and someone who also has a hard time making friends tells you" - Lillie said.

"I hope so" - she said.

"You'll do well" – I nodded.

"I'll make friends too in no time!" - said Molly.

"Hello all guys, good morning!" – greeted the professor.

"Good morning professor!" – they all said.

"Very well, first of all, I would like to introduce you to some people, turn around" – said the professor.

Everyone listened to him and there they were, all the students of the Academy or rather the same ones of the anime namely, Kiawe, Sophocles, Mallow and Lana, the last ones I must say were beautiful.

"As you can see the boy is Ash, our new teacher who comes with his little sister Molly and his friend Bianca and Pikachu and the one next to Ash is Selene, a new student, welcome them" – said the professor.

"Wow, I thought the professor was lying when he said that Ash the champion of the Kanto Pokémon League would come, greetings to both, my name is Sophocles and my dream is to be an inventor and this is my friend and faithful companion Togedemaru!" – he introduced himself.

"My name is Kiawe and I love Fire-Type Pokémon, I also help my family with their farm, it's a pleasure I guess!" – said Kiawe.

The farm thing was not necessary but I guess it never hurts to know about him, I want to make male friends during my stay in Alola, being surrounded by girls is great but sometimes a guy wants to have a male friend to talk about things that with girls would be impossible to talk about.

"My name is Mallow and I love Grass-Type Pokémon, besides being the best cook in my family's restaurant, whenever you want I will invite you to the restaurant and by my side is my faithful friend, Bounsweet!" – she said with a smile.

I did not remember that about her but first of all to say that Mallow was completely beautiful and as she was surely the same years as me made her even more attractive, although looking at her well is equal to that of the anime only that she is taller.

"My name is Lana and I love Water-type Pokémon and doing any activity related to the sea like fishing, diving, etc. By the way you know that once diving I was able to see a Kyogre?" – said Lana.

"Really?!" - asked Selene in amazement.

"Haha, no, it's just a joke, either way, this one over here is my best friend Popplio, it's nice to meet you all" – Lana said.

"Nice to meet you all, my name is Ash Ketchum-Hale from Pallet Town and this is my colleague and best friend Pikachu, she is my lovely little sister Molly and she Bianca a friend" – I said introducing everyone.

"You forgot about me, my name is Selene Sun and my goal is to make the island challenge!" – said Selene.

"I'm sorry Selene" – I said with a smile.

"Don't worry" - said Selene.

"Nice to meet you all!" - said Molly.

Latias and Pikachu also waved.

"Very well and after a presentation, let's move on to other things..." – Professor Kukui tried to say.

But he was interrupted by Kiawe.

"Excuse me Professor, but since he is the winner of the Kanto League I would like to have a battle against him, I want to see how strong I am" - Kiawe said looking at me with a defiant look.

"Well, if Ash doesn't mind we can start with his class first, after all Ash is the practical teacher, he will teach you how to battle" – said the teacher.

"I don't mind battle with him, he looks strong" - I said with a smile.

"I am, I did the island challenge and I want to see how strong I am!" – Kiawe nodded.

"Okay, let's battle" – I nodded.

"Wow, I'll be able to watch Ash's battle in person, I can't miss this!" – said Sophocles.

"Me neither, it's not every day you get to see a battle of a champion!" – nodded Mallow.

"It will be exciting" – Lana nodded.

Well technically I'm not a champion but the winner of a Pokémon League, but I'll leave it at that for now.

"The brother will win effortlessly" – Molly nodded.

After this we simply went to a small battlefield that was right next to where we were.

"Do you know what this is?" asked Kiawe showing me his bracelet.

"A Z-Ring?" – I said in confusion.

"That's right, although I said battle what I really want is to test the strength of the Z movement against the Mega Evolution, I want to check which is stronger" - Kiawe said.

"So you want a brute force battle to check which mechanics are stronger?" – I asked.

"That's right, i don't need a long battle, if you are able to hold my Z move you will won" – Kiawe nodded.

"Looks good to me" - I nodded.

"Besides I also saw the Indigo League and I know that you have 3 Pokémon that can Mega Evolve, just use any of them" – added Kiawe.

"Well, Charizard and Latias are at the Professor's house so I can only use... Lopunny I choose you!" – I said pulling Lopunny out of her Pokéball.

"Wow, even though I saw it on TV in person it's even more beautiful!" – Mallow exclaimed.

"Then my Pokémon will be... Tortunator I choose you!" - said Kiawe.

And his Tortunator went out into the battlefield.

"Well, the rules are simple, both will use two moves, the one who can overcome his rival will win, that simple" – said Professor Kukui.

"Let's start then!" - said Kiawe.
