Welcome To Mount Moon (Red)

It all starts here, we met a man in Mount Moon who started talking about some old prophecy that said-

The day when white turns black

A boy in red will rise

And put an end to evil

The stone would appear in cries

And fairies will serve to devil

I thought it was made-up but it still gave me creeps. The last line of course was the most disturbing thing I ever heard, fairies serving to devil, I didn't want to picture that in my head.

I wrote the prophecy in a diary that I had in my bag but writing a diary was the last thing I ever wanted to do (that's why I never even tried to write it).

'So, what is the prophecy about ?', I asked.

'Yeah, it sounds interesting', said Leaf.

'I wanna know', said the girl.

'Okay. This prophecy is.....very old and there is no possibility that the prophecy will fulfill. What I know is, the stone is the Moon Stone. Maybe the fairies are Clefairy but that is just a theory', said the man.

It was interesting, the theory was also good but still I didn't like the prophecy.

Then the old familiar voice came from somewhere.

'Prepare for trouble', said Cassidy's voice.

'Make it double', said Butch's voice.

'To protect the world from devastation'.

'To unite the people within our nation'.

'To denounce the evils of truth and love'.

'To extend our reach to the stars above'.

'Cassidy'.

'Butch'.

'Team Rocket, blast off at the speed of light'.

'Surrender now or prepare for a fight'.

'You both can't defeat me alone. What would you do when we are four', I said.

'We have friends too', said Cassidy.

Two more Team Rocket Members stood behind them holding a Pokeball in hand. They were ready for a battle. It wasn't a good sign.

My father's voice was heard, in my head, he said - Fight ! You can do it son. I believe in you.

'Go Charmander', I said, sending out Charmander who stood in anger.

'Go Bulbasaur', said Leaf, sending out Bulbasaur.

'Go Chuchu', said the girl.

'Why are we battling them ?', asked the man.

'They are bad guys who steal other's Pokemon', said Leaf.

'Go Graveler', said the man.

Leaf pointed her Pokedex towards it.

'Graveler, a Rock Pokemon. Rolls down slopes to move. It rolls over any obstacle without slowing or changing direction', explained the Pokedex. More like- Graveler__, a Rolling Pokemon. Yay, that's how we roll.

The Team Rocket Grunts weren't afraid of battling us.

'Go Drowsee', said Cassidy.

'Go Mankey', said Butch.

'Go Zubat', said a Team Rocket Member.

'Go Koffing', said another Team Rocket Member.

I pointed my Pokedex towards Zubat and Leaf pointed her Pokedex towards Koffing.

The voices were heard together,' Koffi-bat, a Poison- bat Pokemon'. I switched off my Pokedex.

'You first', I said.

Leaf repeated the what Pokedex said.

'Koffing, a Poison Gas Pokemon. Because it stores several kinds of toxic gases in it's body, it is prone to explode without warning', explained the Pokedex.

I pointed my Pokedex towards Zubat.

'Zubat, a Bat Pokemon. It forms colonies in perpetually dark places and uses ultrasonic waves to identify and approach it's targets', explained the Pokedex.

'Let's end this battle', I said.

'Bulbasaur, use Leech seed', said Leaf.

'Chuchu, use Thundershock', said the girl.

'Graveler, use Rollout', said the man.

'Zubat, use Astonish', said a Team Rocket Member.

'Drowsee, use Psychic', said Cassidy.

'Mankey, Fury Swipes', said Butch.

'Koffing, Smog', said another Team Rocket Member.

'Charmander, use Ember', I said.

Zubat fainted. Finally.

'Bulbasaur, use Razor Leaf', said Leaf.

Koffing fainted.

'Graveler, Rollout', said the man.

Drowsee fainted.

'Chuchu, Thundershock', said the girl.

Mankey didn't fainted.

'You are the last hope. Use Low Kick', said Butch.

Bulbasaur fainted.

'Charmander, Metal Claw', I said.

'Mankey, use Fury Swipes', said Butch.

Chuchu fainted.

Mankey flashed blue and grew. Flashes of light continued. It evolved into a much bigger and angrier form. I pointed the Pokedex towards the evolution.

'Primeape, a Pig Monkey Pokemon. It is always outrageously furious. If it gives chase, it will tenaciously track the target no matter how far', explained the Pokedex.

'Cool. Primeape use Cross Chop', said Butch.

Graveler fainted.

'Charmander, Ember', I said.

'Primeape, Cross Chop', said Butch.

Charmander's health was critical.

'Charmander, full power. Emmberrr', I said in confidence.

Charmander's tail fire grew and I heard Pokemon Red Theme in background. Charmander used Ember with a much bigger flame. Primeape fainted.

'Bravo, you nailed it bud', I said.

Charmander was happy and said, ' Charcharmander', in glory.

Team Rocket was defeated. The man waved to us and left with another word.

And we'll find out what the prophecy actually meant. By then, the journey continues.....
