Cave Campaign (Red)

Mount Moon was getting darker while we walked deeper inside. I could only hear the sound of my footsteps and nothing else.

'What Pokemon would you like to catch with your Chuchu ?', I asked.

'I don't know. I want a cool bug type Pokemon', said the girl.

'I love bugs, they are very cute', said Leaf.

'Not cuter than a Pikachu', I said.

'Correct', said the girl.

Leaf's mouth remained shut.

There was a cave. A cave inside Mount Moon was the perfect place to explore. My instincts of gaming told me to enter.

'Let's go inside this cave', I said.

'Tunnel', said the girl.

'Cave', said Leaf, correcting her.

'Whatever', said the girl.

We decided to continue into the cave. Well, it was darker inside. I couldn't even see myself, I meant my hands.

Suddenly, a sound was heard from the much further in the cave. I could see light and I ran towards it.

The cave led to an open area in Mount Moon which was occupied by several Team Rocket Members with the boss in the same black clothes.

'Would you like to join us ?', the boss asked the man who helped us.

'Yes. I would not miss an opportunity like this', he said.

We hid behind a big wooden box. We together felt the same- BAD. Then my dad's voice again spoke in my head - The day when good turns bad.

It was a possibility but I wasn't the boy in the prophecy. Of course I wasn't, was I ?

'Hey, how could you say YES to such a bad man', o rose in anger.

Then again my dad's voice said- A boy in red tries.

'How did you ?', said the boss. 'You think you can stop my team ?'.

'I don't think...I can', I said.

'Go Nidorina', said the boss.

'Go Pikachu', I said. 'Use Thunderbolt'.

'Nidorina, Double Kick', said the boss.

Pikachu had more attack statistics than before so I just asked him to attack.

'Pikachu, Thunderbolt', I said. It was a critical hit. Nidorina fainted.

'Nice job', said Leaf.

'It can't be happening', said the boss.

'This is', I said.

'We will meet again,twerp', said the boss.

He with all his Team Rocket Members went away and probably outside Mount Moon.

I had a thought that maybe I was the boy in the prophecy. But if the devil was the Team Rocket Boss, then their was no temporal end.

I didn't care about any prophecy and I just wanted to be on my journey other than in some prophecy. Prophecy or no prophecy, I'll still be Red. Prophecy or no prophecy, who cares.

'You are the boy in the prophe-', said Leaf but I interrupted.

'No I'm not. Come on, let's get outta here', I said. 'We have to reach Cerulean City on time'.

'What ?', said the girl. I remembered that she was still with us. I gestured them both to follow me and we continued to find the exit for the Mount Moon.
