1. CHAPTER 4..

A. Challenge of forest and a samurai.

Ash smiled as he console Misty " it's alright, everyone had some thing they hate and fear but judging by your character, I promise you'll overcome your fear sooner or later."

" Thanks." Misty nodded and appreciated Ash outlook of her.

While they continued Ash found Misty closely following him while her body had smell of shower left which was pretty pleasant but he suddenly thought ' how can I smell so well. ' and soon realized that after he was born back many changes had came to his body too.

' hmm it seem I had to practice too control my smelling sense. '

' there is also Pikachu physical training. '

' while I want to train Pidgeotto as Spearow had been sent back to professor Oak lab. '

' Next I need a water type Pokémon too, because Brock is the first gym I'll be facing while Pikachu thunder need a level up too. ' as Ash was in his fantasy world pondering over the problem.

" Ash, what happened you look troubled." Misty walked toward him with an smile, " I don't have any water or grass type Pokémon while my first gym battle might be Brock, an expert in rock type which had slight advantage over my Pikachu type and Pidgeotto type."

" oh, you want a water type, then I can lend you one for this gym battle because my water type are very strong and I believe they can beat Brock." As she extended a Pokeball to Ash.

" No I can't because I want to beat him fair and square with my own Pokémon, but thanks Misty for your consideration." Ash spoke as he shook his head while walking inside the jungle while looking out for new adventure.

" Okay." Misty smiled as she followed Ash entering forest deeper level.

Soon Ash reached inner section of forest and finally he saw his very first Pokémon from before time, Caterpie coming out of the grasses, Ash smiled while Misty jumped behind Ash due to fear, " don't worry I'll catch it and he will be my Pokémon which will never harm you."

" Thanks Ash." Misty spoke in an tiny voice.

While he continued to take out his pokeball and without any battle throw it toward Caterpie because Ash knew Caterpie must have injured and weak that is why his previous self was able to catch it without battle.

While Ash smiled and picked it up with many mixed emotions, and walked toward Misty with smile and said " here it's done." As he saw Misty hesitation present in her eyes.

" It's alright Misty, then think it other way don't you think this guy is pitiful because he never wished to bug to begin with but was forced to be born this way where bug are weakest among all types."

This time Misty heart also felt sympathy as she nodded " Yes."

" Then if we trainer doesn't treat it well and say we are afraid of it, won't we hurting his injured heart all the more." Ash continued

" See that way how can this little guy be a danger." As Ash called it out.

Misty was afraid but Caterpie as usual find her attractive and rushed to her side where ash pull it up to let Misty pat it.

Misty mind was in chaos as she remember her case was also similar and had something common with Caterpie, she closed her eyes and touched it's head but soon find it cute, because it made a cute sound and push it's head toward her hand which doesn't seem disgusting any more.

Ash was smiling as he held Misty hand and shook it while saying " I know you could have do it easily, Misty you are really brave and beautiful girl." While he spoke out his heart with any guilt inside.

" thanks Ash." Misty spoke as she continued

" Thanks to you, I felt like, I can make up with bug type from now on." While Caterpie tried to jump on Misty embrace but Ash hold it as he said to Caterpie " she is not adapted to change like hugging bug, so little guy let's improve your impressions in her eyes, then may be in future she will accept it."

Caterpie seemed to understand and nodded while Misty smiled sweetly at Ash action and nodded with ting of fear which was seen by Caterpie and stopped his struggle but suddenly it open its mouth up and web started coming out of his mouth making an cover around him as he evolve in Metapod.

While Misty last drop of hesitation was gone.

Suddenly Ash smiled and asked " Misty I need to train my Pikachu a secret move so is it alright if I ask you guys to camp here for Tonight while I'll go with Pikachu and train around."

" Oh okay, come back as soon as possible Ash."

" yes I will, then Metapod protect her alright I'll leave for now."

Soon Ash came near river bank and looked around as he walked toward a rock and looked back at Pikachu.

"Buddy remember your iron tail from last life well practice it and we'll practice that ninja boy taught us to increase your speed."

" Pika-Pika- pikaaaccchuuuu."

Good now that's the spirit.

It was morning and Ash with Pikachu was lying on the ground asleep while Misty look at the duo and smiled foolishly, " such a big baby to handle." As she pinched Ash cheeks which wake him up and Pikachu as they smiled wryly.

Ash and Misty continue there journey when a Weedle scared Misty as she rushed away while Ash thought " I'll search for you later Misty, but I'll catch this Weedle first."

Lets Go Pidgeotto And Get It

as Ash throw his pokeball and called out Pidgeotto.

Pidgeotto remember our yesterday training, then use gust the way I reached you, gust wall.

Pidgeotto / Weedle.

Pidgeotto used gust as a huge wall of wind slammed Weedle sending it fly up while ( use quick attack and don't let it recover.) Pidgeotto zapped around and struck Weedle with a heavy blow toward the tree.

Pokémon : Weedle ( Bug type.)

Weedle is a bug type Pokémon who eat leave around his weight on daily basis and use his pincer to avoid enemy, while it also had very sharp sense of smell as it can distinguish it's favorite leaves from the bunch by its nose.

Type : poison and bug.

Status : Caught ( trainer Ash Ketchum.)

Suddenly Ash look back and saw Misty coming while calling her name, " Ash a weirdo is Searching for you."

" a weirdo, who are you talking about." Ash couldn't help but ask out.

" Are you trainer from Pallet town."

A voice disturbed there conversation as Ash looked at a guy wearing samurai clothing as he unsheathed his sword and asked " are you Trainer from Pallet town or not."

" yep, that be me." Ash replied as he tried to recall the guy In front of him, while the unsheathed sword Came slashing the air and stopped In front of Ash while weirdo spoke out " I challenge you to a Pokémon battle, dare to take the challenge or not."

" Of course I'll accept it as an trainer from pallet but don't underestimate me alright." As Ash took out a pokeball and throw it on the ground as he call,

Battle begin

(Pidgeotto use gust to block it's vision while use quick attack, the way I told you.)

"Pidgeotto."

Pidgeotto zapped it's wing creating a sand storm to brew while it flew up and dive in suddenly with a really fast speed to maximum potential.

Pinsir was confused while he was not able to hear it's trainer voice because of the wind but suddenly felt a large hit on its leg which made him tumble and it's hand was caught by a claw.

( Throw him from the up Pidgeotto.)

As Pidgeotto flew above and let it's hand go while samurai guy was astonished as he didn't even get the chance to command and his Pinsir was falling down already.

Pidgeotto suddenly reached top and dive down at Pinsir ( use quick attack now to finish it up.) And hit the Pinsir down on the ground unconscious.

As Misty acted as judge and call out "Ash is the winner of this battle."

" I lost I admit you are strong. Thanks for the battle."

" No it was fun, thanks for the battle any way while I hope to battle you someday after this encounter." As Ash walked toward the Misty side as he asked " are you alright sorry for delay let's go, we will go to Pewter city."

" hmm, let's go then by the way he was that guy I was talking about a weirdo isn't he as I was shocked why someone would carry a sword." She smiled and pointed at the Samurai, while Ash nodded and replied " I was able to guess. That too y seeing his dressing sense, but as a trainer I just couldn't give up the challenge."

" Misty, why don't you come with me on my adventure, it is quite lonely to travel alone and I enjoy your company a lot." He continued to ask with an smile.

" That I can't promise but I'll think about it."

Misty couldn't turn down his sincere request.

" sure I'll be waiting then."

" But what about your first Gym and why are you challenging it Ash." Misty couldn't help but ask out.

" That because of indigo league, professor told me about." Ash could only lie bitterly while he diverted the topic to water Pokémon which was Misty forte and she enthusiastically explained.

Ash sigh and put some of his opinion into it which lead to a healthy conversation with her.

' I hope this can go forever. '

" huh." Ash suddenly looked around which caught Misty surprised while she ask " what happened Ash."

" Did you heard that Voice." as they suddenly saw a golden multi-coloured light coming out of Ash bag.
