You keep listening while following Kore.

You both see a scuffle in front of you.

Kore: "Here is one of the very rare examples of extreme racism that happens due to slavery being normal in this world. Some sadly think that certain species should all be slaves and therefor treat them like such."

You then see what looks to be guards rush up and stop the altercation, arresting the aggressor.

Kore: "But as you can see, such is not allowed, and is also greatly frowned upon."

After that's done with you continue towards the hospital, as you turn the corner you discover that you are there.
