First Day, Nice Senior

Kawa walked around the school grounds, he had already bid his mother goodbye and has already settled down his things in the dorm. He had entered an all-boys boarding school along with his primary school best friend, Kamiwa Ryouta.

Ryouta had strawberry blond hair and was actually a mix. The two didn't really have personalities that were similar, but they had just managed to hit it off during their first days in primary school. In the end, they became very close friends and both decided to go to the same school after finishing primary school.

Kawa and Ryouta were pretty lucky since they both ended up staying in the same dorm, but the latter had yet to arrive. After walking around for a while, Kawa managed to get the gist of the school grounds and decided to return back to the dorms.

He played around with his phone, twitching slightly at the view of his lock-screen. Sure enough, his sister wasn't joking around about checking his phone. Marie would check once every week for 3 weeks straight already. He couldn't help but feel embarrassed, but he told himself that he would get used to it soon enough...hopefully.

An hour later, he noticed a familiar silhouette. It was his best friend, Ryouta. Ryouta entered the dorm looking a bit gloomy, he had probably just bit his family goodbye, but as soon as he saw Kawa, he immediately brightened up and ran over to the petite boy.

Contrary to Kawa, Ryouta was a head taller and had better muscles that Kawa, looking more like a normal boy. When compared, Kawa definitely looked feminine, but he didn't mind as much. Ryouta directly tackled his friend that was on bed in big bear hug with a huge smile. "Heyyyyy! It's been a while duudeee!"

Kawa only laughed in response as he returned the hug. The two then chattered on and then later went on with their day as needed.

The opening ceremony happened and the new students were then dismissed to go to their respected classes. On the way to class, Ryouta apparently had something that he needed to do and left first, leaving Kawa to find his own way to class.

Kawa and Ryouta were one of the two people that were leisurely walking, making it that with Ryouta gone, Kawa was the only one left. Although he had surely have he gist of the school, Kawa himself knew that he had a VERY bad sense of direction, and ended up taking a few wrong turns, leading him to the third-year area instead.

Obviously looking like a deer in the neighborhood, Kawa just stood there, confused. 'That's weird...I'm pretty sure I took the right direction...did I mess up?' Truth be told, he took a wrong turn from the start. A third-year seemed to have noticed him and walked over to Kawa.

"Hello there, are you a first-year?" The third year had dark orange hair and asked him very nicely. He was tall and seemed quite slender, very pleasing to the eye. Kawa nodded timidly the question. 'This senior seems very gentle...' Realizing his thoughts, Kawa had blushed a little.

"Ah, I see. You must be lost then. My name is Aikawa Shuu. It's okay to just call me Shuu. What's your name?" Shuu asked very patiently. Kawa paused for a moment before opening up, "My name is Shouto Kawa... yes, I am lost..." Kawa blushed a little at his little problem and took a small step back.

Shuu chuckled a little at his answer, "Has anyone mentioned how you're like a kitten? You're very cute." Not waiting for a reply, Shuu continued, "Follow me, I'll help you around, which class are you?"

Although he pouted mentally at the previous statement, Kawa decided to ignore it and answered, "I'm in Class 1-C."

Hearing the answer, Shuu nodded and pulled Kawa over to the direction he came from, "It's this way," as he said this, they begun walking. As they walked through the halls, Shuu made some small talks with Kawa, easing the other to make the atmosphere more comfortable. Kawa secretly admitted, he did indeed start to 'like' the other.

Shuu seemed to be very charming to him, and also was very gentle, he felt pampered and very much liked it. It made his heart race a little, although he would never admit that. After walking a few more meters, they finally reached their destination.

"If you need any help, you can come and find me, my class is 3-A," Shuu told him as they bid each other goodbye. Kawa stood dazed for a few seconds before snapping back to reality. 'Ahhh! He was so gentle! So nice! Wait, what am I even thinking! ...but still...'

As he pondered outside the classroom, a certain blond managed to surprise attack him and dragged him inside the classroom. Soon, introduction went on and then lunch came by. Kawa got up from his seat and cast a glance to his best friend, "Are you not going to go eat?"

Ryouta grumbled a little and started to play with his phone. "I'm still feeling a bit homesick...so I don't really have an appetite..." Sighing, Kawa patted his friend on the shoulder, "Okay, I get it, I'll get you something while I go and buy my own food."

Ryouta look at Kawa with a grateful expression, "Thanks, man." Kawa only nodded with a small smile before walking out.

Only, he ended up lost again. He only walked for about 3 or so minutes, but he somehow ended up at the school garden. "..."

Coincidentally, Shuu had exited the teachers office that was nearby the garden and spotted the petite boy standing dumbfounded. At first, he was shocked, but then he decided to go over to the little junior. "Hey, it's you again, Kawa. What're you doing here?"

Kawa was also shocked to see Shuu before showing a look of adoration. "You see... I kind of... got lost again...heheh..." He scratched the back of his not itchy neck. Shuu only laughed lightly before asking again. "So, where were you trying to go this time?"

"The cafeteria," Kawa stated. Shuu was quiet for a moment. 'Isn't that at the complete opposite direction from here???' He thought. He smiled helplessly at his junior before leading the way, "I'll show you the way, come on," he said with a bright smile.

Kawa dazed for a moment before hurriedly following his senior. They managed to reach the cafeteria in no time. Kawa had swiftly bought two pieces of bread and a juice box, when he was about to exit, he noticed Shuu still waiting for him. "Oh, you buy food pretty quick."

"Eh? Were you waiting for me?" Kawa asked surprised. Shuu nodded, "Well, I got worried thinking that you might get lost on the way back to class."

Kawa blushed a little, "I-I can get back myself..." He mumbled. Shuu raised an eyebrow at his answer. "Really? Then how about you lead the way, if you're wrong I'll tell you." Kawa nodded at this and they started to walk.

"...Kawa, take a right not left."

"Kawa, keep going straight."

"Kawa, left."

"Kawa."

In the end, they managed to reach Kawa's classroom. Upon reaching his seat, Ryouta asked him a question, "What took you so long?"

"...got lost."

"Oh, right, I forgot you're like that."
