Daring Warlock
Darius sat inside the library with a thick ancient tome on his desk. Beside the book was an enchanted lantern made of a peculiar odd bone-like material that was curved, smoothed and polished to perfection.
The flame within the lantern burnt silently, almost as though it commanded the world itself to go still with silence.
It was clearly expensive albeit a trivial matter for a son of the Arcanium. While Darius was not a fan of using his father's influence and coffers, there were a few things even he wouldn't deny himself the luxury of having.
This lantern, for example, was an item capable of conjuring a bubble of silence that offered him both the tranquillity of uninterrupted silence and extreme privacy. Anything that happened inside this bubble would not be perceived by anyone outside it.
Of course, this wasn't an uncommon item of its type. It was just an extremely high-quality one that could fall victim to very powerful Warlocks, the Arcanium included.
