Pharma Needs

I am Karthik , living in India ,many of the pharma people's suffering why because Government is not releasing Job Notifications ,&After completion of B Pharmacy,D pharmacy &other pharma courses they are some going to work at Medical shops for less Amount like 5k-10k ,some less 5-10% people's are opening shops ,10-30%moving to Pharma Industry ,20-30% going Pharma IT ,5-10%going to Marketing ,,These other people's who is doing work with companies all are giving Their certificate to Rent 15k-22k ,nobody will give their certificate for Rent only the Pharma people have chance ,Here nobody will object why because this is Huge Business with Attaching clinics are general counters , Business who is Running in shop the person may Educated are Not also Dispense Medicines ,If You Think what is Govt Doing Means ,Govt also knows about this 70-80% are Non Medical people's are Running when goes to inspection they will give some Amount &They will go &says Higher officials it is good ,Here Where is going wrong ,People's Mentality is good but They don't have Govt Jobs ,Don't have Govt support to start Business ,Many Not having Financial support ..In this situation they are going outside of Their District &state to do jobs ,You know getting job is how Difficult ,so They are giving their certificate for Rent why because there is a chance to get some amount to survive ,,so as a pharma graduate people writing this why means we don't have any support from anywhere ,Chemists non pharma who is Ruling whith this name is many organizations we don't have many so Government please understand the Pharma people's Needs , otherwise please stop the course if your not Ready to give or show at least 20-30% jobs ,please do needful My Dear Officials
