While the Shop is a Building present in Every Map Area Fitting the Theme ergo Ruins If its in a Ruins Type Map Area. Attended to by a beautiful Homunculus Maid loyal to the Gamer while the currency is anything with a value in any Currency. No Free Status Points.

2nd Wish Perk Blessing of the 3rd Lucifer

Gives a plus 5 to all Status each Level up including Hidden Status of Talent, Potential, Genetics, Luck, and Comprehension.

3rd Wish Perk Heroes Blessing

The ability of the Hero from Isekai Harem Monogatari. Modified to give me permanently +5 to all Status including Hidden ones each time i cum inside a women gives a +1 boost to the womens Overall Status every 100 Times i cum inside of her. And a temporary +5 Status for 12 hours each time came inside of her. Additionally gives +20 Love, Affection, Loyality, Obedience, and Faith each time cumming inside a women, hard locking the Change making IT so even a women with all -100 will be +100 after 10 Times. 4th Wish Perk Absolute Handsomeness

Makes me be the Most handsome Person in every womens perceptions man will Just See me as a regular Person No Matter what this bends the laws of Reality as even the Most intelligent and cunning in the Omniverse will Not be able to relize they get their perception manipulated. Will actually make my Body have Infinite Status for everything that corresponds to Handsomeness.

5th Wish Perk Gamers Soul, Mind, Body, and Logic

The Gamers Soul allows the Gamer perfect protection to Soul related attacks Same as the Mind and the Body makes any physical damage be a calculated HP loss. Gamers Logic makes the Body and Omniverse otherwise Act under Videogame Logic such as Dropitems of Money, EXP, Items, the ability to Not Need Food, Drink, Sleep, nor Rest along with the ability to cum and stay ready Infinitly should the SP (Stamina Points) be enough/available for it.

6th Wish Skill 1st True Magic Denial of Nothingness

Ability to Create anything using a Crafting Window Provided by the Gamer System or Just plain Imagination without any Cost to any Energypool such as HP, SP, and MP.

7th Wish Skill 6th True Magic Azatoth Alchemy

Ability to Change anything that exists using a Crafting Window Provided by the Gamer System or Just plain Imagination without any Cost to any Energypool such as HP, SP, and MP

8th Wish Perk Rebirth Bonfire/Grace/Lantern

The ability the Set a Respawn Point by using half of my MP in a specific Map Area Up to 3 Times per Variant that makes me able to respawn Here can be Used once every 7 days. Will respawn within Moments with all the Equipment i Had on me. Causes No pain unlike their ingame conterparts and can be Used to Access the world of Demon Souls, Dark Souls 1-3, Bloodborne, and Elden Ring.

9th Wish Perk Golden Rule (Omni)

Makes Money, Women, Authority, Chances, Luck, Treasures, and all Other manner of Opertunities be gathered around me basically Plot Armour. Makes all Luck related Status Infinite.

10th Wish Perk Beyond Karma

Any Magic, Skill, Perk etc that needs a specific Karma Level to cast will Always be Cast as If it was meet or surpassed. Necromancy spell needing Karma -250 to cast Well i have Karma -Infinity same for healing Spells +Infinity and 0 for Special cases.

So that would be all my Wishes now onto the world considering the Unique Things i have choosen so far something Dark yeah lets go with Overlord lets See that Numbskull with apparently Max Wis, Int and Luck Status, break his mind on why i am so OP as a 'Native'.
