Her Wedding Transformation

The maids of Arison's palace are hospitable and respectful as they escort and take care of her like she is an important person in the palace.

  Of course, she is the bride of King Alexander Spencer Arison so they must have treated her like a queen, that's his orders according to them.

  "Oh by the way, your Highness, this is your room, and you can put all your belongings and things here." Angelica said with a smile.

  "Thank you so much, and uhm, I am sorry but what shall I call you?"

  Yukie asked as she was glad that his secretary was the one who guided her here since she was nervous the moment she stepped here in Arison's palace.

  "I am Angelica Florencia, I prefer they call my name so please call me Ms. Angelica."

  "Thank you again, Ms. Angelica, and can I ask you where is King Alexander? The tradition of the wedding here is not to see the groom for a while until it is the wedding?"

  Angelica has an idea why Alexander's presence is not around since she is his secretary and she is not allowed to say it since it's a surprise for Yukie.

  So she answered her question based on Alexander's given order for her.

  "Yes, it's part of a culture and tradition from Arison's royal family to must not see the bride and groom during the preparation of the wedding.

  And his Majesty, King Alexander had an important business meeting but he'll be back later, your highness."

  The black-haired maiden princess only nodded in agreement and she understood now, but the tradition and culture for marriage about her groom's family is true.

  "Uhm, Ms. Angelica, may I ask another one? Is King Alexander not a scary person? One word that you'll describe him perfectly is enough for me to understand their nature" 

  Yukie nervously asks her but she is curious, as she has to be aware of her soon-to-be husband's characteristics.

  Angelica, on the other hand, wasn't sure of what she would answer her. 

  Not because she doesn't know Alexander well, but rather, because she isn't sure if Yukie will believe in her or not.

  "Your Highness, about King Alexander, there are times he is scary but he is not a bad person."

  Angelica wasn't sure if that word was enough for Yukie to understand her. To her surprise, she just smiled at her and gave her a light bow.

  "Oh, I get it, Ms. Angelica, then thank you for answering my question. And I'd rather unpack my own things, this is my order. Please also guide my servant and assistant Mr. Heine."

  The bob-cut-haired secretary obediently followed her order and left the room.

  Angelica was amazed that Yukie was the only person who did not overreact and not believing her words when she asked about King Alexander. 

  Mostly when they ask about him, they do not believe in her or say that he is a cruel and heartless king.

  Sometimes they even run away in fear cause they're totally terrified of him.

  "Princess Yukie is a unique one. She is the only whom I received that kind of reaction. I do hope she and him will be on good terms, even her father is one of King Alexander's most undesirable rulers."

  Angelica has an idea why King Alexander shows no mercy to King Harry when he chooses a royal princess from Derora as his bride.

  It was supposed to be Sophia Lynn but she was shocked to receive the news that he accepted an exchange trade of marrying her instead.

  Meanwhile, Yukie was unpacking her things and organizing them all. 

  Doing tedious chores in an hour is making her nerves calm and soothed.

  Yukie is one-hundred percent believing in Angelica as she feels that she is telling the truth.

  And Heine's comment about King Alexander is what makes her curious.

  The glass window of her room looks magical for her, she opens the window and the rays of sunshine are hitting her fair white face.

  Her chubby cheeks are glowing more in tint red and pinkish lips too.

  Eyes squinting by the too much brightness yet she admires the radiant beauty of the sunny Saturday.

  Yes, Yukie hates arranged marriage but why does it feel like there's a greatest rainbow after a darkest rainstorm?

  Reverent clasping both of her hands together, lowering her head and eyes closed.

  Yukie is praying to God, feeling grateful for her day, asking forgiveness for what she did wrong, and also asking for protection in case bad things happen to her.

  Religious acts are one of her late mother taught her and she sometimes admits she forgets to pray and guilt is eating her alive.

  But thanks to God, she is still a strong and kind person even though the whole world is turning her upside down and someone is trying to test her patience.

  Her eyelids are slowly open and forming a smile on her face.

  "Mama, I failed my dream and that is to marry a person whom I love, but in God's will, I was destined to marry the King of Adkins and I hope whatever happens is, it'll be alright and okay.

  I surrender all my worries and negativities to God and must trust Him.

  Just like what you said to me and my sister, mama."

  Yukie only took a light lunch as she didn't have an appetite and it was her wedding.

  The maids, servants, and guards are busy too by doing their own job.

  Angelica also acts as an escort for the preparation of the wedding instead of Heine cause of their gender.

  Heine also helped assign for the guests.

  Her family side is also present, causing 

a queasy feeling in her stomach. She placed her belly for a minute to ease her anxiety and she was really nervous after all.

  She is in the closet and Angelica goes back, making Yukie dramatically cover her mouth when she sees an unexpected guest, forming a little tear on her eyes as she is wearing her apple green silky bathrobe as she pampering herself in shower and spa in two hours.

  "Auntie! It's you!"

  Yukie stood up and ran to Queen Delphinium, hugging her.

  "It's been a while, my dear little princess, and I miss my beautiful niece."

  Yukie buried her face in the Queen's chest, letting herself sob in happiness to see her again.

  "Me too, auntie, I missed you too. Mama and I missed you so much."

  Queen Delphinium just rubbed her back in circles but her shoulders lowered cause she really missed her older sister who passed away twelve years ago.

  "Dear, we must accept that big sis Kateleryn is gone but she won't leave us alone as she watched us from the heavens. She was always there by our side even when we didn't see her physically. Her love for us as her family is undying and genuine."

  The black-haired princess maiden nods her head weakly, her aunt is still reassuring her.

  "And Yukie, please stop blaming yourself. Your mom did that cause you and Sophia wanted to save you. If I blame one person, it would be your father."

  Queen Delphinium said in a bitter voice, a spat of venom laced in her tone as she mentioned her father which made Yukie confused about why would her aunt say that.

  Yukie almost asked her but Queen Delphinium released her and wiped her tears away.

  "Now, now, my big sister's beautiful princess must not cry on her special day.

  The bride must suppose to be the most beautiful person in the wedding."

  Yukie just laughed at her but she must look presentable and refined on her wedding, as she was marrying the King of Adkins.

  Angelica agreed too when Queen Delphinium asked her, and then she added.

  "And also, your Highness, you are beautiful on your own. Wedding dress and jewelry must reflect the beauty of yours as it is intimate and personal for a lady.

  We will help you to make you look special and pretty like a diamond, to make the King totally knock out at your natural beauty."

  Angelica jokingly said that to lighten the mood, and Yukie on the other hand didn't understand why but she suddenly went blushing in red at her statement.

  Queen Delphinium also agreed on her words as if they were best friends when they exchanged eye contact.

  "And uhm, Ms. Angelica, auntie."

  The two ladies looked at her.

  "Uhm, about the jewelry, please, can I only wear this necklace? This is special to me and I decide to wear it to my wedding. It came from my late mother."

  Yukie pulled out an aquamarine box and untied the pearly white ribbon, revealing her sapphire necklace, teardrop-shape with a small diamond pattern on the side of the necklace.

  Angelica couldn't help but gasp at the beauty of a necklace while Queen Delphinium was pouting like a child.

  "Big sis is not fair, she spoiled you while mine gave me greeting cards on every birthday of mine plus a bookmark! She is not fair!"

  The queen just whining and Yukie and Angelica can't help but giggle and laugh a bit at her childish reactions.

  The queen even said that Queen Kateleryn is quite stingy when she wants a gift. Either greeting cards, bookmarks, or maybe a wildflower that grows everywhere.

  Queen Delphinium and Queen Kateleryn are very close and Yukie can't help but get jealous of their closeness compared to her own sister, Sophia Lynn.

  "Your Highness, do not worry. Of course, you can wear that and we'll start to dress you up with make-up and hairstyle too."

  "Me too, dear, please help me to dress up my niece. I am an old maiden queen cause marriage is giving me a headache since the candidates for my groom are making me sick."

  Queen Delphinium said with annoyance and Yukie knows why, 'cause they only after her wealth, royal status, and fame. Not even care for her and her well-being and she dislikes that.

  She was supposed to act like her if she hated arranged marriage but now she didn't want to turn down the marriage even though she hadn't seen the groom face-to-face.

Queen Delphinium is with her secretary and Angelica in the other carriage, while Yukie is on the carriage exclusively for a bride only.

  The carriage looks luxurious and enchanting like a fairy tale.

  She was in front of the church and Yukie was nervous all along as she got off the carriage with Heine who escorted her. 

  He is also her coachman couldn't stop staring at her as he was astounded by her looks.

  "Is that really you, your Highness? You are really beautiful today. More beautiful than that brat child named Sophia Lynn."

  Yukie just chuckles at Heine's reaction expressing he dislikes Sophia.

  The white dress with thin laces on her sleeves, the silhouette and the skirt of her gown are voluminous, and her high heels shoes that decorated like a transparent glass clicking outside of the church. The bridesmaids and page boys were too stunned to speak on her beauty.

  Her semi-wavy hairstyle in soft curls with an ocean sapphire crystals wedding hair comb placed at the back of her hair.

  Long Floral Goddess Marquise Diamond earrings that would match her Sapphire teardrop-shaped necklace and her tiara was also decorated with sapphire placed on her head.

  Even her face is fully covered in a veil, her beauty is still seen as her makeup is light and soft shade.

  Rosy pink blush on, a soft mascara that would give a curl on her eyelashes, a thin eyeliner, and lips were painted in petal pink and champagne gold shade of eye shadow.

  Angelica and Queen Delphinium are surprised by her looks even though they're the ones who beautify her. They were surprised by her transformation as she looked ethereal and breathtaking in her goddess-like beauty.

  Angelica is lowkey anticipating her Majesty's response, she badly wants to see his reaction as she has an idea that King Alexander might take an interest in her, and she is curious about why Yukie hasn't seen him if King Alexander already met her?

  'I hope his Majesty is not a secret stalker to his bride.' Angelica says in her thoughts as she keeps it for herself.

  And then Yukie's new life begins here, at her and her groom's wedding.
