The charm is the same as the popularity since Isabella was the one who acknowledge his ability and strength, that's why he attained a small amount of charm.

Kai spent his +5 free attributes on his strength, +3 on vitality, +5 on intelligence, and +7 on dexterity so that he could improve even more his handling skill.
