The fourth letter was received by the Iron Legion, commanded by Red Blackhand.
When the letter arrived, Red Blackhand was at the foot of Blackrock Mountain, directing his Orcs in an assault against the great fortress built by the Dark Iron Dwarves. They might have struggled against the Alliance, but taking on these Dark Iron Dwarves was relatively simple.
After all, the Dark Iron Dwarves were a monstrous force, nowhere near comparable to an official faction like the Alliance.
Lacking Adventurers as cannon fodder, the Dwarves were no match for the Orcs in a war of attrition.
Although Red Blackhand had not commanded the legion for long, he had fought a few battles against the Alliance and was quite adept at utilizing Adventurers. He immediately dispatched thousands of them to scout the terrain, gather intelligence, and assassinate the Dark Iron Dwarves' lieutenants.
