Chapter 2: Entrance Exam Begins

Three days later,

"Miss Salin gave me this gem for good luck although I don't understand how it makes sense, i won't bother thinking about it later" Wither muttered to himself and kept walking.

In front of Wither was a huge gate about a thousand metre tall with "Hell Academy" written on it in Bold Letters

After crossing the huge garden full of training grounds and plants, he finally arrived to the centre where a huge crowd filled with millions of people stood some talking to each, some observing the surroundings while the others looked at the front which has a huge podium made of pure gold

"Everyone Keep Quiet" A voice resounded from the direction of the podium and everyone fell quiet

Suddenly 10 men who looked old with beards hanging under their heads stood

The Oldest Man stepped into the podium while the others say on top of chairs made up of blood and bones which appeared out of nowhere

"I am the dean of Hell Academy, Dean Li" The old man said

Even though there was no microphones or speakers, the voice echoes across the entire centre plaza

"Welcome to the academy, For those who do not know our academy is ranked second to Hellfire Academy which is the first and top academy so remember to follow the rules or you will be punished severely!" The old man spoke while releasing his aura

The aura made everyone who has gathered or ignoring the words tremble with fear which included wither

"Our goal is only one! Say it in unison!" The Dean spoke

"Destroy all gods and free the land, Destroy the abyss and save the world!" Everyone spoke in unison

"Good! Very good!" The Dean laughed

"With this in your mind, you shall begin your journey and now let us begin the academic Enrollment Ceremony!" The Dean spoke and countless golden scrolls appeared out of thin air and floated in the wind

"The first assessment is simple, The test is to check your understanding ability once you are done, you will be asked questions regarding the scroll you recieved" The Dean spoke

"Those who pass will go to the second round while those that fail will go back home understood?!" The Dean asked with a cold look

"Yes!" Everyone said in union

"Ok, I will now distribute these at random so take time to read them thoroughly because the questions won't be easy!" The Dean said and the countless scrolls turned into a series of golden lights, which made it look like the night sky full of stars and eachlight began to randomly appear in hands on everyone

Wither got a scroll on a body technique called Steel Blody Technique which can increase his defence by 5× in the beginner level and at max it would be increased by 60×

"Use!" Wither said in his mind

The scroll began to float up and the characters began to spread out of it, Revolving around Wither at a rapid speed

The Dean and the elders saw this and smirked

"The students this year are quite promising don't you think so elders?" The Dean asked

"Yes!" The elders replied in unison

Three hours later,

Wither slowly opened his eyes and looked around him

"It seems i am the first, i should submit it before everyone so that I can go to the second round faster" Wither said In his mind and went to the Dean

"You are already done? You can take time, there is no rush" The Dean said after finding out Wither came first

"Thank you Dean for the advice but I have already finished my part" Wither said in a calm voice

"I see" The Dean shook his head and took the scroll from Wither's hand

"Steel Body technique hmm that's interesting" The Dean looked at Wither and smirked

"Dean is something wrong?" Wither politely asked

"No it's nothing well shall we begin?" The Dean asked Wither

"Yes please " Wither nodded

"Alright first question, How many veins do you need to cultivate in order to cultivate this technique?" The Dean asked

"It's 206 veins excluding the 50 mains veins" Wither said

In the hell an average demon had atleast 256 veins which is similar to how many bones humans have and about more than twice the number of veins in a human body

"Good!" The Dean nodded with satisfaction

"Second Question, What is the most important part one should cultivate to gain the maximum effect?" The Dean asked

"Sir it's the Delions which are the most important" Wither said with a smile

Delions are the External Body defences like the Scales on the hands and legs of wither which give Strong defence against magical or holy attacks below the 5th grade

"Good and now the last part, What should be the most important aspect to cultivate?" The Dean asked

Wither was slightly stunned because this question has nothing to do with the scroll but quickly calmed himself down

"Dean I believe the most important part to cultivate is neither the body nor realm but our martial techniques otherwise no matter how strong we are or how powerful our defences are, if a strong enemy comes then we will be no different from those Wild beasts" Wither explained with a calm expression

"Hahhahaha Good! You are very talented little one so keep trying to get stronger, go to the second Realm you have passed with flying colours!" The Demon said with a smile

"Yes!" Wither said and left to the second Realm

Five hrs later,

More students began to come one after another

7hrs later,

It has been 7hrs since wither has arrived and everyone who passed had come

The number of students was now less than a quarter from what was originally in the centre plaza

"Welcome Students!" Another voice rang

A old man with armour and a bilkyybody stood on the podium

"I am Lin Shen but you should call me Master Li, I will conduct the second Exam!" The man said

"The second Exam will be a combat exam, everyone here will have to pick up a slot card from the box and wait for your number to be called" The man said and a golden box full of paper tokens appeared on the table

One after another students began to pick a token from the box and wait at the back

15 minutes later,

It was finally Withers turn, he took out a token from the box and went to the back of the room

"Number 17? Not bad but not so good either"Wither simply shook his head
