CHAPTER 25: THE HERITAGE OF THE STONE

In one of the villages near the dragon region is located one of the human villages to which RYU plans to go very soon.

RYU is at home, just seeing his sister TYPHOON more lively and cheerful, he rejoices in life, also the fact that his brothers NARVAL and FAE look calmer, the fact that that girl follows them, kisses them and scolds them, gives them peace in the heart.

The one that's still a little reluctant is DRAKE.

He is very strict with TYPHOON, although she always ends up winning his brother's favors, even though he refuses to take her with him or play with her.

When DRAKE refuses, on his return, his brother has certainly brought him something he has found.

She collects her colorful pebbles and dried flowers like her precious treasures.

TYPHOON, perhaps because of all the attention he receives from the 4, his good head or perhaps his natural talent, he has learned at an early age to control his power of transformation.

It is love in the eyes of his father, the former King DRAKO, remembers what those who elected him king said, at that time he took the power of the stone.

She wanders the villages, looking for PANDORA's face, without being able to see her.

Sometimes, he thinks he sees her in one of the corridors of the streets of the village, he runs after her, talks to her, runs very fast and yet, when he reaches the young woman, whether redhead or brunette, since he does not know what color his hair is right now, turns out to be another young woman who looks at him strangely and departs from him.

Or in other cases, it's just a mirage of the same mind.

These disappointments make him lose hope a little, he blames himself for having forgotten PANDORA that day, at that moment when he turned his back without even turning.

She feels that she may no longer want to see him, and yet the solo... you just want to see her again... even once and... if she no longer wants to see it... Then... no, he doesn't want to hear it. He will fight for forgiveness, it is a strange thing, but, his heart becomes small and cold when he thinks of PANDORA, he needs his light and his warmth to be happy.

RYU is on the outskirts of one of the villages, walking very desolate towards the edge of a cliff.

Next to that shore, she gets to see a young woman in her 15s, on her back with her dark long, loose hair, long dress, as is the use of most villagers and with a cloth in her hand, has taken it out of her head.

RYU laughs at himself, must be another of his mirages, just as he approaches her.

The young woman is frightened for a moment, seeing the young human she transformed into, she is surprised for good, he looks very handsome, which blushs her, he apologizes for scaring her. He sits nearby, at a prudent distance on the ground.

She notices it very sadly.

After a brief silence.

She asks if he's new to the village?

He says it's not exactly that, but, yes.

The young woman smiles, says that if, at first, it's a little frustrating, start over.

She was traded two weeks ago to this village.

She's from a village about 50 kilometers away.

The good thing is, he got lucky, they gave him a small, cozy house.

The former owner decorated the windows with colorful pebbles that she must have collected from the river.

This comforted RYU's heart a little, tells him that his house must be beautiful.

The owner really appreciated her.

The shocked girl, looking down, says yes.

RYU's eyes open wide, hopefully.

Young RYU asks you to please show him.

The young woman sees him with some mistrust and gets up wanting to turn away from him.

The young man apologizes, it's just that he's looking for a person.

He just wants to know what the dragon that was drawn looks like.

The young woman, hesitating, tells her that yes, she will show her, but, this is something she should not have disclosed, it is only that somehow he gave her confidence.

He promises not to say anything about it, he just wants to, he needs to know.

She looks at him so excited and at the same time with that air of despair, as if she needed the drawing to breathe again.

He feels he can't refuse.
