As soon as Nathan finished speaking, James Taylor's smile vanished instantly.
The land Nathan referred to belonged to him. Mr. Satan had sold it to him at half the market price, and he planned to build a shopping center there. Nathan clearly hoped his project would fail too.
Mr. Davis frowned thoughtfully for a moment and seemed to agree, "Nathan makes a valid point. We should indeed investigate. Mr. Taylor, what do you think?"
James Taylor was a bit troubled, "There shouldn't be anything on my land."
"Mr. Taylor, you just said you admired me. Why are you refusing now? What if there are artifacts under your land? Are you going to stop people from researching American history?" Nathan sneered, staring at James Taylor.
James Taylor laughed helplessly, "You don't have to say it like that."
