CHAPTER 35

Roger looked at the people who respected him. He smiled and he was happy. He did not care about the position of the governor of the state and resigned from it. He registered for the position of the MNA (Member of National Assembly). He did win the position of president of the nation and he was happy. He had to make the value of his currency increase and become steady. He started spreading all the items to the market and the people at the steady rate no matter what happened. He also increased power of the nation same as that of his country.

Four years had passed and he was elected again as he had made the life of most people richer. The normal ones had better items as the cost was reduced, the poor was no longer poor and the richer ones had better items than they could ever have. Roger decided to start his plan. He found to start the currency plan. He promulgated martial law in the country and declared himself the dictator for three years. The assembly passed the notion and so did the national court. He started the absolute law that all the gold and silver jewellery had to be exchanged for ten times the money and they cannot be kept at all. The order did face some rejection and protest but he did have the absolute command over all the soldiers and all the cops. He got all the gold and silver. 

Roger after getting all the gold and silver and giving them the money for taking it away, Roger started giving gold and silver in huge amounts. Gold and silver were given for free to all the people. All the people of the country were given ten kg of gold and silver for free and the currency of the state was not based on the gold standard but was based on the land standard. The whole world shook as Roger declared financial independence and isolation from the outside world and raised the value of the currency to hundred times that of the most valuable one and the currency of the state had the most value as each unit could get many items. The international trade disputes began but Roger did not care. The nation had become much richer and stronger. 

The people doing international business had many problems as they had lost a lot of money. They could only return as they had the citizenship and they could fight the world. They could only grumble but Roger did not care. His main job was to increase the strength of the country and to make sure that the people had the basic dignity and basic strength. He gave them a method to rise and did not have to care about the top people.

The war was not something he had not thought of. He commanded the battle himself and with him knowing all the information and having better technological weapons. They could do nothing but cut off the trade and isolate the country. It was as if that mattered. Roger started increasing the items and gave more focus on scientific results. He started increasing the resources so that they could break through higher realm. Although it was indeed better to create a technological nation, the problem remained that they could not get the resources as he could get it. He had to make sure that they will be able to fight and remain strong and still maintain their standard of life. Roger could only think about evolving them into a higher being but that will still be problematic. He could do nothing but start giving them the basic resources instead of the finished items and start making them work in the factories and the started building a whole system. He also led them to create higher technological item directly giving them directly.

The whole nation changed within ten years and all the people had become better. The genetic agents had increased their lives to 300 years and they had become stronger and smarted. The other countries tried to come to him to form relations but he denied it. Some came to surrender to him but he did not. Roger blocked the other countries.

Roger started the interplanetary colonisation and created a planetary tree that would terraform the whole planet to that of the human ecology. He transformed all the twelve planets of the star system and let them terraform. The star plant was planted that would transform the stellar energy into star energy core that could be used in technology as he had directed in that direction. They could take the seeds of the plant and plant it in other stars and use it. Roger was indeed happy about it and use his speed up so that the plants will not consume the planet or star. The planetary terraforming plant will be able to use the star energy core so that they will be able to use it when they go out of this star system. Within fifty years the Garuda nation had conquered and resided in the star system and other nations had no choice to remain as a post nuclear civilization.

Roger gave up his position and informed that he is going to leave this world. He also released a lot of plants that will be able to grow using star energy cores. They will indeed be able to use it to get more resources. Roger gave them the gift and got out from his position.

The election was held and another set of people had become the president. He did not care and started to think about the world. He looked through the next mission and found that he was asked to go to other world and secretly manipulate the world from the behind and let the many kingdoms of the world rise and fall down in the pre-industrial age. It was indeed interesting to do so and he took the mission. He got the new skill of being able to understand the chaos when he saw through the world. 

Roger decided to that since the world was a weak one, he will be letting some nations rise and other fall. It would be better in that manner.
