Chapter 3: First purchases

We had a very long tour, since the place was so big, the house or manor itself was big, but not as big as a manor really should be, it had like 5 huge bedrooms with bathrooms inside them, 4 seperate bathrooms, 3 big living areas, 2 kitchens, a gym, a bar and a cinema.

The technology in the house is something that I would never think it was possible, this one of the reasons why the whole place tour took us 2 hours, it was for them to explain how everything works here, they even though I was a retard because things like these are normal for them, especially for the youth but they don't know I just came from 2027. Dosen't that make me the father of their grandfather's grandfather? Well it dosen't matter anyways.

The other reason for this long visit was the huge- and when I say huge I really mean it-, the huge surface surrounding the manor.

Everything I would want or need was there, a huge 30 vehicule spots garage, huge pool with really cool and long slides, a football pitch, a basketball pitch, a huge park/garden with different kinds of animals and a karting track.

Of course because this place is huge, it comes with a full team of maids cooks and a few butlers. each of those have an average salary of 3k dollars per month, making it a total of 56 500 dollars per month, including a chef cook and two normal cooks who work under his supervision there is also a group of ten young beautiful maids to keep the house organised and clean as well as 4 butlers to do the handy and physical jobs such as gorcery and grass cutting as well as other things. So it isn't really that of a big deal.

But this isn't what makes this place special, actually this place is protected by a transparent glass barrier -that I failed to notice until they pointed it out-, from the toxic atmosphere outside.

There is a whole mechanisme inside and outside the barrier that purifies the air, so when I am inside I can do all the activities I want without a mask or special clothes. And this is what make this estate so expensive.

"So Mr. Nouflex, what do you think about this place?" The Female agent asked while holding her tablet with both hands in front of her croach.

'He probably is going to say that he's not interested or that he dosen't like the place to leave, he wasn't planning on buying it in the first place, how can a young guy like him afford it anyways?' She tought with disapointement and shaking her head slighlty which didn't go unoticed by me.

"Well my lady, I really love this place. It is exactly what im looking for so can I please know the price of this beautiful manor?" I asked while changing my gaze between the stupid female agent and the old man Darwin.

"Uhum, Mr. Darwin estimated and want to sell this estate at the price of 500 million dollars, but he is ready to negotiate the price if you wan..." I cuted her half through to make cleary intentions.

"Perfect, Please hand me a check I will buy this proprety immedietly, meanwhile prepare the papers to change the ownership to my name."

The two agents were left with their mouths open, while the old man was happy and satisfed with this.

We finished everything that should be done then everyone left, leaving me in my new and first proprety ever in my both lifes, now I own this huge house. Really money is important in life. Especially if you live in LA and in the future at that.

It is true that I have so much money, but it dosen't mean I dont want to have more, if I continue bying extremely expensive things like this without having an income then I might end up broke before even going to the new world, and this is unacceptable.

This is why I have a plan that will help me be even richer and help me in many other aspects as well.

But this is just the beginning, so I took my phone and called an agency once again, but this time it was a hiring agency, I told them that I need a secretary.

The next day the secretary came to my place, I let her in then we discussed the terms of the contract and what would her job consist of.

We agreed that she would live with me from now on, that she will be with me at all times and places to assist me and her wage would be 12k a month with a possibility of a raise if I like her service. Of course this is a very high pay, compared to other normal secretaries its four times higher but she is the secretary of the great Nouflex, me one of the richest people on the planet and the one who will go to the new world as the strongest.

Now I will go shopping to buy a few things that are necessary for future plans, what I didn't expect was that amazon would still exist. Im sure Jeff Bezzos died at this point, maybe his grandson kept the business. Well it dosent matter anyways so I just proceeded to buy whatever I wanted.

I bought the best laptop I found for 10k, then a gaming pc for 20k and finally and the most important thing is the Neural Nano-Interface Machine that I bought for 50k, it's this expensive because its the best and latest type of capsuls, its like the ps5 of capsuls.(Talking about 2027 xD)

Anyways I had to wait three days for everything to be delivered. I opened and prepared everything but I didn't use them, instead I went to my laptop and made searchs about YGGDRASIL.

I found out that there is a single trailer about the game, and it is anticipated for the game to come out in 4 months from now, so this makes it a perfect opportunity to start my plans.

"OI! SARA! COME HERE!" I could hear hasty foot steps coming outside the room, then she knocked on my door.

*Knock* *knock*

"Come in, come in Sara." She opened the door and steped in with her tablet in hand as always.

"Please take a seat Sara..." She sat down in front of me and asked.

"Do you need me in something Nouflex?"

"Yeah I do need your help, a game company is about to release and new game and it has picked my interest, I can see clearly potential in it this is why I want you to contact them and let them know that I want to invest." I explained with an Andrew Tate posture.

"It shall be done, but just a question Nouflex, why invest in a game company and not in a real estate or a brand...?" She curiously asked.

"Why? Well its because games are fun!" I answered with a smile.

'Im now sure she will thinks im a crazy boy or something.'

"I-I see, then I will contact them as soon as possible and keep you in touch." She noted something on her tablet.

'I can never understand how rich people think, they really are weird. But maybe this is the secret of their success.' She secretly though in her mind.

"Okay, I will be waiting. It was all you can leave now." After writing her note on the tablet, she stood up bowed her head slightly and left the room.

"My genius plan starts NOW!" I upper cuted the air in excitement and anticipation.
